Odd movements for a cloud?
-
@busabeast......football wasn't always as namby-pamby as it is now! This is one of my favourites....The Battle of Santiago! It's got it all.....fists flying, flying head kicks, wrestling etc. There may have been some football, but I'm not sure!
-
What I remember most is going home overnight on the train from Paddington to Swansea......and it was the milk train! It took about 10 hours and stopped at every fucking station on the way. Couldn't get any sleep! Fuck it.....now we're losing to Yanks! Though it is marginally better than losing to England I suppose!
-
I was into football when I was in school in the 60's......but once I left and was able to get a bike I never followed football again.
-
Yep! England vs Mexico at Wembley in 1966! When Bobby Charlton scored his famous goal!
-
Question for you Ray......have you ever known anybody who attended one of the World Cup matches in 1966?
-
Shit! And just after you moved too!
-
Wales are playing today I think......first time there since 1958.

The caption on that photo says you're a virgin Marcel?

Absolutely stunning filming!

Yeh.....he bought the Harley and then said "God help me!"

I get asked a lot about why it's so empty here.......well this short vid explains why. Brilliant quality film and shows some amazing places......well worth watching. Loads of offroad riding areas......and even an incredible abandoned village for me! Watch out for the 30kmh train in Teruel with the clip of the tractor overtaking it! And I live in one of the Red areas as you probably guessed! Watch this @Slowlycatchymonkey

It should have been sent to Rwanda! -
The funny thing is that all the people we know here (and we know a lot) always make a point of reporting her movements back to us. If she knew she'd get even more of a phobia (great!) but the wife won't let me say anything in case it causes more problems.

You wouldn't last two minutes out here!

Had to go into the school and clear up the confusion about our grandson not being there. Another total mess created by Fatty that my boy had to get me to sort out. That'll wind her up cos I did it! When I mentioned her I could see the headmaster's face change! Spaniards are not good at hiding their feelings.....their face says it all! I told him if you get any issues with her then call me! I will add that he came out of his office specifically to greet me as soon as he heard me talking to a teacher.......cos I'm a fucking player in this town! And everywhere else really! Tell 'em @Tym

Remember I mentioned before about the Xsara Picasso in the UK that had done over half a million miles......well apparently it's now at 1 million miles! It lists the other high milers (which includes another Citroen), but I was surprised to see no Toyotas or Fords in there! No other French makes either! Not surprised at that! Ours had done 110k kms / 68k kms when we bought it five years ago, and it's now up to 165k kms / 102k kms......so there may be a bit more life left in it yet! And of course over here cars don't rot away. Million Mile Picasso

He did live in Winschoten for the first couple of years and was commuting into Groningen, but then moved into the city itself. He works in IT, and as you know, Groningen is an IT hotspot there. So he's doing very well indeed, though by our standards the cost of renting and buying property in NL is astronomical. What takes you to London then? -

Hi @Renburanto.......I can't advise on your query, but you mentioned NL.....are you Dutch? Cos my youngest boy lives in Groningen, he's been there for 10 years now!
