Yeh.....good points! I never ruled out the idea of having Mods at some point......but nothing has ever arisen before that necessitated it happening. But as we've grown and getting a lot more posts than a couple of years ago, now is probably the time.

No.....you were never accused of rabble rousing Bob.....because you made a valid point. Which I agree with! The other thread didn't......and the OP hasn't come back to clarify why exactly we're going down the pan. Yes.....there's been issues. And as the only actual staff member I have to accept responsibility for that. But I can't do it without peoples' help.......which is why I'd ask you to reconsider whether you want to accept the nomination.
