It's a shared IP address on a shared server in Germany owned by 1&1......there could be many hundreds of sites on the same IP address. Stack 'em high sell 'em cheap business model. Consequently, one of those sites starts spamming or phishing then everybody on that IP address gets blacklisted.

Just looked at it now......it appears his IP address is blacklisted!

December......nominations around 15th-19th. Then the vote 20th-24th......Poll closing 8PM UK time Christmas Eve. MOTY will run simultaneously.
