I was running the Time computer superstores in Cheltenham and Gloucester at the time and I got a tipoff from one of the guys I knew in PC World about what was going to break.
Nail on head Clive! Because that's what they'll be thinking for sure!
And no doubt having a good laugh at the member's expense as well.
And I'm not too proud to admit it does pain me to see an old forum friend disrespected like that!
When they see how many posts @Six30 made here, what's the betting he's going to get his collar felt again Clive?
I dunno about you......but I couldn't live that way! Could you?
Good job you didn't have a bike there Ray.
I'd sold my 750K2 the week before I told her I was going......because she always said she'd put a hammer through my bike if something untoward happened.
You had to sit by the wife then Ray?
Got me thinking that given the stories of our first wives, their replacements have had a pretty easy ride haven't they?
Because their predecessors weren't exactly hard acts to follow were they?
I've worked from home for 20 years now!
And out of the previous 30 years I was probably working from home half the time as I was a Sales Rep.
I hated having to be in a set place by a set time and watching the clock all day.
