The painkiller seems to have really helped.....still very sore but the real bad pain has been numbed.

I know what I have to do, it's just handy getting personal advice from someone you know.

Bandage not being changed today as it's still clean. I go back tomorrow. Just taken the first painkiller cos it's fucking killing me now.

Where's @Slowlycatchymonkey to give me some medical advice?

5.30am and still awake. Paracetamol won't touch this pain.... got to get some strong painkillers from the health centre later.

I'm home! Finally had a massive piss. But all the painkillers have worn off now and it's really hurting. Apparently it's every day at the Health Centre for 10 days in order to clean it up and apply new bandages. Then on the 10th day the stitches come out.

Still in the hospital....can't leave till I piss.

Cough with the bad flu earlier this year.

Bandage changed every 3 days at the Health Centre. Not sure how long before switches are removed.

All done.... Biggest Hernia they'd seen apparently. So the op took longer than expected and I'm still here. Hoping to get released in the next hour.

Just did the Covid test at the health centre...........the male nurse (who I know) came back to me with a serious face and a thumbs down. I thought.....FFS I just want to get the repair done, I don't want to wait any longer! Then he burst out laughing and said "Got You". Fucking Dagos......they've got to take the piss even when I'm facing surgery! Leaving here about 1pm for Baza and the process starts about 2.30.
