I thought you'd quit bikes?
-
Must have been great being unable to eat any food there cos your teeth were in my pocket crossing the English Channel.
-
Jim as in ABF......is that you?
-
Thing is, Bozo has lost any authority he had to try and enforce restrictions as he's quite happy for his associates to break the rules as they see fit.

I doubt you'd have the same mental image for me Chris!

You may recall that a couple of months ago I had to take the wife for tests at one of the larger hospitals in the city of Granada......Hospital Universitario Virgen de las Nieves. Talking to my mate the Pharmacist this morning he was telling me that it is now purely designated as a Covid Hospital. So things are really bad in the city! In this town we've got around 100 cases.....but over 50 of those were in an Old Peoples Home. With 3 deaths so far. Mark my words, there's going to be a Total Lockdown as in March/April coming soon.......because people are just not taking this seriously.

It's a Catholic thing Bob! Don't ask me!

Public Holiday today in Spain....Día de los Muertos....The Day of the Dead! Though we always think of it as "The Day we Dodged the Bullet". It also marks 15 years to the day since we got here, so it was only right to celebrate the occasion with a bit of Styling and Profiling. All done within the perimeters of this area of course......as per the latest Covid directives! What you see in the pics and vid is not some obscure farm track, it's actually the only direct "road" that connects two towns!

And they're optimised right down now to miminise file size! The pics you see are about 600kb.......but the originals are 25MB+. So you can imagine how sharp the originals are.

Where you headed Lyn?

So do I Michelle! Typical ungentlemanly behaviour from @MooN to take your gig!

And I still don't know one end of a screwdriver from another Chris! We'll never change!

All Saints Day in Spain today.......so I took a run up the remote mountain road that leads to Santiago de la Espada. I was able to get about 25 miles before I had to turn back, or I'd have gone outside the perimeters of this area. And there are restrictions in place now. This is quite a challenging road as the surface is pretty bad in most places, there's continual hairpin bends, and a drop of a few hundred feet at the sides in various places. There's also wild deer and wild boar roaming all over the place, and the deer have a tendency to leap from banks at the side of the road straight into your path. There's no phone coverage either, and if you do encounter another vehicle it'll probably be coming at you on the wrong side of the road in one of the many hairpin bends. So this really isn't an area to bin it......because you're on your own! You go over the edge and nobody's ever going to know. I think every bike I've had in Spain has done this road......some better than others obviously. But none of them have done it as easily as this Beemer! It really is an eye-opener......not because anything about it is particularly special, it's more a case of it being so well balanced and just so easy to ride. Lyn has ridden this road back in 2007.......remember it @KAYZ1? So here we go......just a short vid but you'll get the idea.

Just tried it.....the existing one is clearer.

Pedro's gig Fred.....he calls the shots on this!

That's not Moon's is it?
-
Replaced! Hopefully @MooN will ask @Buckster for camera advice.......in case he wins it again!
-
Deleted years ago Yen! Strangely enough I thought this one would be deleted by now as well!
-
It's not the content of the photo Bob.......it's the quality of it. It's blurred and pixelated.........like he's taken it on a Polaroid Swinger from the 1960's.
-
I took one today at a distance......just in case I ever won it. That's highly unlikely of course.....unless everybody flounces and I'm the only one left.
