Seriously? I'm surprised.......because I didn't think any great flexibility was involved in what I did. I suppose that I was reasonably flexible when I was young.....but at 66 I would have thought that would be long gone.

By request here's a vid of me getting on and off a Bike......may be some help to others who are old and fucked! It's impossible to describe in words what I do......in the same way as it's impossible to describe how I ride or what I do when I ride. It's just done automatically. Hence the vid! Turn the sound up though cos I'm some distance from the camera! I'm not telling you it's going to solve all or any of your issues......it depends very much how restricted you are in your movements. In my case I've got stretched MCL's in both knees.....so sideways knee movement is out of the question for me. Been that way for 30 years so I'm used to it. So here we go......bear in mind I'm 66 and not as nimble as I was! But this still works for me!

I never cease to be horrified at the state of my generation of Brit that I see there.........as those are the only times I'm ever exposed to them. I don't just mean physically in a state.....but mentally. They're never happy, never grateful for what they've got, and are permanently fucking moaning. All while dressed like Kenneth Williams in "Carry on Camping". Totally out of their depth here.......most can't even take a shit without having a translator with them. When you consider that it was Britain that virtually conquered and colonised the world in the past.......you have to wonder WTF has happened to the gene pool?

There's a real boom going on here as well......I always keep an eye on the Dealer Ads and any Jap stuff or Beemer is going out the door within a day or so!

You've heard me mentioning Albox many times over the years......it's Tea Bag Central! It's a fairly big town by Spanish standards and looks very nice, but is let down by the fact that it's attracted loads of Brits and Moros! I feel sorry for the Spanish being saddled with that dross! Anyway.....the main street where most of the shops are built is on a slight incline......here's me there in 2014..... Well see that street? There's not one drain on it! Why's that? This is Spain.........and common sense is pretty thin on the ground here! It don't rain there often (normally it's very hot and humid).......but when it does it's usually very, very heavy! And apparently that street looks like a fucking Tsunami!

This was in Sevilla yesterday......we've had nothing here! I wonder what the holidaymakers there made of this.......watch what happens at 0:20. ?
