I have twins they were both raised in the same manner...I can say one is more motivated than the other one...I think it boils down to character mostly.. Has and example....I have two boys ..they could have easily worked there way up and be ready to take over my shop if they wanted too...they never showed any interest...by the time they did...it was to late...

Most know that I have two sons , since day one I've never push them in anyway wich way they wanted to proceed with there education..I would have supported what ever they chose...one is a automotive apprentice working at a Kia dealer and will be writing his final exam next year...the other is a truck driver ....sure maybe I would have like something better for them....but it's how things went...

Just curious, how are things in the U.K in general regards to the gen x taking on trade work...is it like here...shortage in every field...and this new generation doesn't seem to be interested in this type of work...they rather be sitting on there arses and press buttons...
