I do sometimes take a shot of this cold medicine called Nyquil... It just knock me wright out in minutes and I wake up alert no groggy... To my limited knowledge... Its not addictive...

I fall asleep way to early during the winter.. 9 pm at the most.. Its night here at 5 pm.. Get up around 6 am... So no deficulty with sleep..
