Left the hotel 8am this morning...did local roads till Bangor Main...deceided to do a straight shot for home...still a few hours of sun...it's 5 pm ...250 km to go..

The laconia thing isn't really my thing...most spend the week partying and getting wasted...I just stopped for a few hours to pick up a hoody and gloves and to support the rally...I'm here to ride in the area and discover new roads I haven't been on before...beautiful spot with friendly people...the group that I left with sat are in the state of New York...they should be arriving tomorrow night...

Few pics from today...think I found the tail of the dragon North Eastern style...about 100 km of endless curves...Busabeast would have clearly crashed...but with my superior stamina I was easily able to muscle the barge around with ease...made it to and Indian dealer...bought a few things...

It was actually inside the rest area....glad no one walk in at that moment...lol. Left the hotel 8 am ...stop on the side of the road for a little breack and enjoy the scenery. Forgot my dam water bottle... Heading south ...staying off highways today.

Finally some nice riding weather...sunny and 23c ...everything is so lush and green around here...roads made for cruiser type motorcycles...smooth with long sweeping curves...my GPS was acting up today...it would stop working mid ride and freeze...had to pull over and shut the bike off to get it working again...tomorrow will ride the white mountain area...did the rally ..pick up some waterproof riding gloves and a hoody....few pics from today.

Beautiful roads but can't really pull over to take pics....I'm stop at a coffee shop...running low on energy..been on the road since 9 am...75 km to make it back to the hotel....went south to Manchester...after weirs beach...

Yes amazing roads and scenery...I'll try to take some pics today...yesterday weather was horrible...

Zzzak this is a ride report thread...not a argument thread with buckwheat about climate change..

I pulled in into a rest area shortly after entering Vermont ..free coffee..has I was enjoying my cup of Joe and making small talk with the care taker ...a group of 4 elderly folks walk in and more small talk with them..I guess they live nearby town a few km away...one of the lady's ask if I beleive in Jesus...said yes..and she ask if I would mind if her and her husband I guess did a prayer for me...it caugh me off garde and I said yes...lol...she grabed my hand and they started praying I guess...was a little nice prayer about motorcyclist being safe wyll traveling to the rally.

Crossed over into vermont around noon ...border garde was a big indian fan...said he did a demo ride and was really impressed... The day was mostly spend trying to dodge thunder storms but luck wasn't on my side ...ran into a hail storm ..

Made it to the hotel...got chase by a major storm all the way to the hotel...even caught a hail storm ffs !

Is this the first play by play ride report..lol. Just crossed over into Vermont.border.

There a little hillbillie in me ..and I suppose you directly related to the King of Scotland ?..lol Just ditch the gay harleys..heading south east...still raining...think pass the worse thoe...

I've got 500 and something km to reach my destination today...I'll try to stay off highways has much has possible...weather permitting..

It's actually a bungalow with a basement twat..lol..with a gazebo in the back...it's one of those pre-fab houses...arrives in two half...think it was built late 70...

We tried anything to get it work..driping motor oil on it..wd40 ..Richard (group leader) even pulled out his vasoline hand cream..but nothing worked....I'm sure glad I took a room by myself...the rest double up in rooms...God only knows what kind of deveayes shit what was going on In those rooms lastnight. Few pics from this morning at the motel we stayed. Sky still looks gloomy this morning...but it's suppose to clear in the direction I'm going .. Currently about and hour and half from quebec city..

Call me and outcast but these group ride isn't my thing..knew this before leaving but I only joined the group after Alvin (uncle) invited me...figured it will probably be his last long ride and it will make for some nice memories...I prefer riding alone or at the most 2 or 4 tops ..I'm no sheep ...and like doing my own things...so I've got maybe a couple hours of group ride this morning before branching off on my own... Roland's bike suffered a sticking throttle...we tried to fix it lastnight but there's no way to fix it without removing the tps assembly out of the bars...

Well a very wet day today...we hit a major rain down poor about and hour from home...and it followed us till the motel...few pics from today..temp dropped down 9c in some sections..think it's one of the coldest year for the rally ..the root beer street glide belongs to my uncle Alvin.
