I've tried those before...can't remember wich one..but for sure it wasn't the commander 3...not very good in the rain..it would hydro plane like crazy in heavy rain..though I was loosing my belt when I first experienced some rain with them....but it was a smooth running tire.. -
I've seen him on FB...but it's Been a good six months since...nothing...

It's been a wyll since the last upgrade..I removed the klock works windscreen..didn't like it..didn't offer more wind protection than the original..they both measure the same and at night...a dark tin isn't the best..I've got another windscreen on order ...it's from freedom shields ..it's and inch and half taller with a slight tin... I'm about to leave for probably a 3000km ride second week of juin...my rear tire is showing some wear...I have a new one sitting in the basement...it's what we call the rainy season for us....it's about to turn over to 12 thousand km...just don't know if it has another ride left in it.....I have to say these metzeller cruise tec are really good tires for ride quality and all...for a cruiser....way better than the Harley brand dunlop in my opinion... -
Agree...
-
I think it sitts a little higher than my harley did...could be just the picture...but it's definitely a long bike...wheelbase size..it was bran new..first test ride when it was pulled off the showroom...I did soften the rear suspension after I got it...think it was set for two passengers if I remember correctly...

Did you have to mess with the pre-load or were they pretty well spot on ?

Chatted with the young fellow for a bitt...he said it's comparable to a 125 cc smoker...but he mentioned it was to heavy for jumping...not sure exactly how much it weight... -

Notice the next door neighbor got a new dirt bike a few weeks ago....haven't heard it running...from a distance it looked like a Husqvarna...walk over and had a look...a dam electric dirt bike....made by surron.

Yes...looking straight at me

I just find it odd Pete never noticed sigh...and said he never felt any pain...I think maybe he probably did but blamed it on his age most likely.. Wouldn't surprise me at all he had minor heart attacks and never noticed it before hand.
-
For some reason Saul...though you were way younger..from the pic you posted in your new lid at one time...so were about the same age then...
-
You mentioned you had stems put in Saul...you seem young for that...is it family related..
-
With what happened to Pete ..tell you the truth..I'm kinda scared...I'm gonna start by getting my potato check out first...it's not bothering me at the moment so I'll do it in steps...
-
Don't want to sound negative...but it's the way I see it also...it took lots of time and effort from his part to keep this place going...time that many of us just don't have...
-
I'm trying not to laugh...
-
I understand the damage to the heart after the heart attack...but don't get how can someone with three blocked arteries can pass a vital exam before going under for his hernia surgery...
-
I'm starting to loose hope..the excuses just keeps on pyling on and on..
-
I wish I could also write just has well has you Saul...I'm still trying to wrap my head around this ...Pete will definitely be missed ...He always accepted how weird and quirky ( myself included) some of us are with open arms ..had this twisted sence of humor that made laugh to tears at times ...just don't understand why such a routine surgery went so horribly wrong and it wasn't caught by doctors before his hernia operation...
-
Ok I've got one...and I'm not getting it fixed...
