I didn’t ‘take’ these today but my oldest mate was digging around in his garage and found these from my 40th birthday party. So, I ‘edited’ them as best I could on the iPhone……..my god, where have the last 23 years gone? Me and my old mucker Pete and my old man and mum, bless her she’s no longer with us but it brought back nice memories of when she was well and not altered by dementia. I’ve just realised that my dad was nearly the same age as I am now. How fucking depressing is that!

My old man rode bikes in the army but apart from him, no one in my family is into bikes. Wankers.

I think so Bob, in my heart I still hanker after the Hayabusas of this world but I know it would be a complete waste. I look at the big KTMs and think I’d like one but the bottom line is the Tracer is the best option for me and where I live.

Yes mate, the old z750 had to go back and I got a full refund as they couldn’t sort the paint issue out on the tank. They had the Tracer in the showroom so I was happy enough.

……….the bloke had barely taken it out of the delivery van and I was off like a shot. It’s lovely to ride; light, agile and plenty fast enough…….even managed to lift the front in second accelerating hard over a small bump in the road (not skill, just luck)
