Well done Pete. I too went out today between 0900 and 1400 but unlike you I baked my nuts off on the CBR600F but thoroughly enjoyed racing around like a hooligan with five other twats. No crashes, no near misses and fingers crossed, no speeding tickets. Happy days! ………….oh, and no fucking photos either

Yes mate, took a day out to explore the area a bit more. Mostly tarmac but came across the Rambla and thought “”why not”
-
Just the one photo as I was having too much fun. The Rambla de Oria is as wide as a European motorway, completely deserted and much more fun!

Maybe they’re from the same gene pool?

I’ve already lived with those ethnic minorities when I lived up in the Peak District. I’ll have to take a spin over your way soon and see what’s what.

Can’t help himself Pete. He strolls around like he’s king of the village and does things like stare into the garden when he goes past to try and get a reaction. He’s got CCTV so he’d love that………funny because when I pass him along the road he’s got fuck all to say for himself.

No surprise what’s gripping my shit eh Pete? MY CUNTING NEIGHBOUR. Mind you we’ve had some firm interest in our house so you never know Pete we might move to your village. Just watch the house prices plummet.

Yes mate, applied and picked up the new TIE cards a couple of weeks ago. No drama and better than the stupid bit of paper we had before which had faded so badly it was illegible.

Sorry for the delayed reply, I had a senior moment and couldn’t seem to access the forum. Anyway………..the answer is no. Worth the wait eh?

I reckon I was on my second Suzuki Hayabusa 17 years ago. Awesome bit of kit and I’d have another in a heartbeat This is me on a track day at Donnington Park, surrounded by proper track bikes and I didn’t give a shit………my grin was wider than the Atlantic Ocean. ‘Kin ‘ell, that was faaaaaaast

Forgot to say that track days with hire bikes at Cartagena circuit is also a possibility

Okay mate, give me a day or so and I’ll pull something together

Absolutely mate, they use old school XR250’s which are perfect for down here or alternatively they can provide guidance and help sort the logistics of staying down here if you bring your own bikes. It’s all very laid back but if you wanted something more extreme then that can be sorted too or even full on motorcross holidays. The good thing is there’s so much legal off roading down here that it’s never busy and as long as you stick to the trails and tracks and don’t tear across open countryside then the police are fine. You often see the Guardia Civil out on their XT660R’s down here. If anyone does think about coming down then let me know.

I think I’ve been very lucky Michelle, so far I’ve had no problems with it at all………mind you, now I’ve said that?

You can’t beat a bit of stereotyping.

Well spotted. Clearly not Welsh or there would be sheep close by

Me on my Himalayan and a mate aboard an old Yamaha XT600E went exploring today around and north of Lorca in the Murcia region. The temperature was a manageable 32 Celsius and the trails were very easy going, including part of the route of the Via Augusta, which was a Roman road that went from Malaga along the south of Spain, up the eastern coast and all way around the Mediterranean to Rome. We didn’t go quite that far but it still made us feel like centurions. I managed to have a little lay down as I turned the bike around and slipped on some deep gravel. A graceful dismount was met with rapturous applause. Anyway, enough talking, here are some photos of questionable quality………
