  1. That's his efforts to try and captivate new and interesting members to the forum. He also bans pictures of nipples because that is offensive.

They look cool, looking forward to the Triumph experience. Take it touring?

Oh for sure! It makes them torquey but also feel and sound like a V-Twin, gives them character. I'm pretty sure my bike´s main flaw is not having 270º anywhere. No twin is worth buying without a 270º.
  4. He wrote it like he saw you riding, he indeed is a cheeky twat. Chapman is a cool name, too!
  5. It's in front of smokoloko in London, which serves all sorts of food stuff including smoked bbq. That's a pretend locomotive called smokey, their mascot.
  6. Who knows, there's 6 months of possibilities next. Screw big views, mountains and deserts, shitty is the new epic!
  7. For July, I'll try to take a picture in front of a Lidl or an alley with dumpsters on it.
  8. By primary does it mean it's between the engine and gearbox?
  9. Took this picture specifically for you special people. Bike is taking up most of the space, there's no scenic background either, hope you like it!
  10. I know the Nurburgring properly, in a slow car. The level of track knowledge it takes to do those speeds with the control they process on such a long and varied track is nothing but awesome. It takes repetition and obsessive learning, it obviously takes balls but from the brain it’s a lot more training and learning than being mental.
  11. What sort of rpms does it do at about 130/140kmh, @Marcel?
  12. Now do the bottom and the left! Or use mine
  13. Gave one of your pictures a little touch with the cropper:
  14. Bike looks great in that colour, I like it! Nothing to do with the King of the Baggers bikes though, Marcel, not power nor chassis. Those engines are based on production engines same as a Superbike is based on road sportsbikes, everything about those bikes is serious race development.
  15. Belts are quite a nice solution for motorcycles that don’t face offroad or very powerful engines.
  16. It’s good for 100k miles, I think, doesn’t get a lot better than that. edit: looked it up, it’s 100k kms, not bad either.
  17. The swimming pool guys are probably happy that you’re restricted to 180 days, though.
  18. Saw one of these FTRs riding through my village yesterday, and decided to see their specs and prices. The “scrambler” version has only 150mm travel in the front, which doesn’t excite me much, but the worse is a 13 litre tank. What kind of pussy thing to do is putting a 13 litre tank in a 1200 twin?
  19. Isn’t it tiny for you?
  20. 60mpg, that’s what his bike does.
  21. Looks bigger and heavier in person than on pictures, to me.
  22. Cool bike, have you ridden it?
