It’s THE track, Bob, apart from that there’s Macau, IOM, Bathurst, and Pikes Peak, all else worth doing is open rallies or roads

Need to check 24 hours earlier next time

Does @Specs spend time here during the day? If so I nominate him, he's never said daft things...
-
What's mexican about that rice, Bob?

How should I know, I hope not. I'd start by deleting all posts that trigger me to ignore said posters, and considering my previous trigger happiness I would say I'm not a good nominee. The responsibility of what would happen would fall on who gave me the gun. Guns don't erase threads or ban people, moderators do

@boboneleg and @Buckster would be my choices, Buckster already having declined and Bob already having been offered the thing, I would say @Sir Fallsalot or @MooN are my next choices and I'd be happy with either of the previous four. Neither @Sir Fallsalot or @MooN spend much time here during most days, though, and chances are both might decline too. Start with on one, that's something. Make sure whoever gets it gets to ban people, though.

That looks so unpleasant on any bike, can’t imagine myself not freezing. And the Varadero must have been so cursed at!

Cheese sandwich and a tiny glass of wine near the Serra da Estrela on a rainy miserable weather April day, Sofia felt like a local specialty cheese sandwich but covid had everything closed. This was good enough and really hit the spot. The cafe owner went home to fetch us some cheese for the sandwiches, northern hospitality.

June 2020, rode from home up the river Douro and south on the smallest roads I could find the closes to the border with Spain, all the way to the shore in the Algarve, and Sagres. Portugal had closed borders because of covid, this trip made me fall in love with riding around my own country. This is a tiny municipal road near the Tejo in Rosmaninhal, it's tarmac but very broken, very narrow, wavy, patches of gravel, it's one of my favourite spots. This was on the way to meet up with Sofia and my birthday was the next day, it was getting to 40º and I think you can almost see that in the picture.

Great idea, I’ll search later on tonight!

I started with the 21 Transalp, and then the 21 inch XR, the GS1150 felt natural as does the current one. However, I have ridden a few 17 inch bikes but all sporty bikes like Sofia's Speed Triple.
-
I've never ridden a bike with a 17 inch wheel but a proper traillie riding position like a Tracer or a Multistrada, have you?

Something bad is triggered in me when someone goes to the effort of putting a small mat on the floor to protect the carpet and then park the bike with one of the side stands off it.
