Well, this is the opposite of a Harley though, this engine is notoriously known for not handling poor quality fuels. Holes is pistons is what happens. Harleys, being American have to cope with poor quality fuels so they chose to make the bottom ends split in two instead.

I don’t defend any brotherhood, not even bikers, there’s twats everywhere! Last place I want to be seen in is a bar full of GSs outside. I like GS’s as a bike, though, and a nice 1150 is a very balanced and planted bike in my opinion. You don’t like them, and that’s fine, but then again you quite like the RE you’re selling so I don’t really know what to think of your taste in bikes.
