@Clive, costing me 55€ to do a one way trip that would have been 500km in a motoway, in first class, which isn’t really first class. Taking way longer, and a half hour stop to change trains in Lisbon, but I don’t think I can really complain about the price. I don’t get the thing about trains, but then again some people don’t get the thing about bikes either so there you go. Took care of a british dog while he patiently sat next to me while his human went to the wc, that put a smile on my face. After 5 and half hours wearing a mask, I took to the restaurant wagon for an expresso at sunset as an excuse for a breather

You never seen a train? It’s like several buses put together

We have tiny owls where my home is, the most typical owls there, “Mocho Galego” Two of them go talk to each other on my neighbours balcony at night, drive her insane

Weather looks perfect for a ride, had a week of work and the plan was to go on a longish ride tomorrow, ending back home. However, my dad felt worse again this morning, and am now planning to get on a train in an hour to go to the Algarve, and then bring them both back in his car as soon as possible, a couple of bitch slaps might be in the cards to break him out of being stubborn. Portugal's trains are amidst a partial strike though, and I´ll be stopping to change trains in rush hour Lisbon. Oh, the joy!

OK then, I assumed the current town grew around the old one, like it happens here.

I can understand that, but aren´t those pictures from inside a town?

I am surprised there's no pavement of any sort on the street, in the modern pictures.

I loved the cliffhanger pause, way to go!

I don’t know how Ducati makes that, that seat and rear end are hideous

It’s a baby V2 version of their bigger V4 that powers the mille sportsbikes, probably bombproof, although probably not many long mileage ones around

I like it how you say we should keep the fire low and then throw another pint of gasoline into it

Isn´t he married to a local? In some countries, the parents of a national are entitled to more than foreigners, is his boy Polish?

Looks nice, Aprilia trailies have always looked nicer than most of their competitors.

Doesn’t that cook your bike in the summer? Or condensate in the winter? Since you’re getting solar power for the battery tender I would get some electrical fans as forced ventilation.

Quite the effort, thank you!

I do have sort of a stalker, a mean unbalanced person who was related to my girlfriend. A stalker, who indeed bothers you or makes you feel sad, ruins a big part of your ability to be relaxed since you lose control of when you interact with them.

See? Nature is plain overly aggressive in that scenario! What are you supposed to to do?!

Regardless of opportunity, and Pete does provide opportunity, why would one want to “bum” him? More so in an abandoned building?

Doesn’t matter, a Clio can act like it’s a Williams and be all Motorsports, a chinese piece of cro can only pretend to be a toaster! There was a Dacia on the 24H Nurburgring this year, ran by some twats, but all the same they’re not acting the twat like they’re bigger than they are! That’s cool!
