  1. I don't really know what these changes are all about as everything worked fine for me from the beginning, having said that: Is that why I have gotten bigger international phone charges over the last months? Good work, Pete, thank's for everything!
  2. I was going to go to Azambuja tomorrow, by car, but I just saw on tv that Oliveira got Pole Position for tomorrow's MotoGP race in Portugal. I might just stay here to see it, I'm tight with money so there is no MotoGP on my home
  3. It's like you're Ghost Rider, dude!
  4. Help your local businesses, Pete!
  5. I have to get proper winter pants and boots, whenever I see your reports and you enjoying yourself over in the wintery north I remind what a miserable time I would have
  6. I’ll let you guys know I’m pretty confident about my submission ...
  7. There's no reason to do that unless that's your yearly mileage
  8. There are plenty of 250s and 400s I like, it's not a matter of engine size or power. This specific GS310 just feels low quality and uninspiring in person, it feels like a chinese bike in person.
  9. I like the Fonzie "hey" at the end
  10. I don't understand why anyone would get excited about that 310, regardless of weight.
  11. Had a nice ride in the morning, went to the Douro for a coffee. Nice weather today, will post a report with just a couple of pictures.
  12. Some days I don't really feel like being a part of the world, or that indeed it doesn't deserve to exist, however most people that feel this way don't wish others to go through the same feelings. It's a tough way to exist. Covid being blown out of proportion or not, I think depends on where you live or spend most of your time. If he lives somewhere quiet that has yet to be seriously affected, or doesn't speak to people who are affected, I can see why he thinks it's blown out of proportion.
  13. The Leg does have some pull when it comes to bending rules, but I doubt @boboneleg would go for it, @XTreme
  14. I will think about it in two or three months, @Earache, but don´t let me hold you back for one second as I´ll probably not go for it. I´m tempted but think it´s both too much milleage per day for me to enjoy the views like I´d like to being my first time in the USA, plus also regardless of how tempted I am I just can´t bring myself to go for anything right now, just not in the right spirits.
  15. Go for it, @Tym, it doesn´t bother me, it was just a joke.
  16. He's saying you are all wusses, in his own way, because he'd ride twice as quick ...
  17. It's like watching my bike ride off: It's quite good on tight corners by itself too, but I see BMW has fitted better crash bars to the engine ...
  18. I am going to look at this on google maps, tomorrow when I'm sober. I'd like to, but so far there are too many unknowns regarding current work situation and next year's projects. Apart from all of that there is the covid situation, what month are you considering to do this? What would be the best airport to fly to?
  19. You think riding is exciting? Let’s try sitting in the back seat and see the bike steering you past slower traffic! Now that takes balls!
  20. Mine will probably be this one, overlooking the hills of Montejunto, on @yen_powell’s suggestion: Feel free to change your submissions without deleting the previous ones by posting a replacement picture, I’ll just go through the thread from end to start.
  21. Only at night on weekdays, and afternoons on weekends. But yes. Thing is, there are a lot of exceptions here in Portugal, you can walk your dogs, exercise, go to work, visit relatives in need of help, etc, even travel during lockdown if you have a letter from your employer stating you're working.
