Latest trend in Lisbon, I think is prepping those for street racing. And rebuilding engines for top speed, changing forks for sports bikes equipment, etc. Even stock they are so fast for what you would expect. I bet they make for a nice touring bike.

Those twats in the poor Zakspeed Vipers, leaving puffs of oil smoke at every downshift! Poor cars! I remember both my first visits there being no more than a very rare Portuguese tourist in 2001 or 2002, to over the years becoming “the Portuguese local”, and quite proud of it too. It’s bound to be a few days stop in a motorcycle trip of Europe, both to ride it on the bike for a few slow laps and see it from a different perspective.

Weight seems ok, power is great, torque seems low for a 1300 harley, and suspension travel could be a little more, it's supposedly cheaper than a BMW, it seems good on paper. I just don't like the chain, and it looks really long on the pictures, don't know how long it really is.

I loved the cows too, that first one was such a sweetie. I ate no meat for dinner, can't eat meat after petting a cow. I did, for you and my neighbours, they like their salt. @Sofia is the authority on cows as far as I'm concerned. I talk to them but they never talk back. This area is like that, you ride one hour one way and on the way back you spend 3 hours to ride the way back if you take the scenic route and take pictures. Takes forever to do 200km.
