  1. Never had them, it's not very typical in Portugal.
  2. steaks boiled with gravy? I don't know what that even means. We are raised to eat fish and treat steaks with respect!
  3. I got you Bruce, these twats don't know a nice steak from a coal off the ground. Brits!
  4. That's smart, it would only be a classic today if not wrapped around a phone pole.
  5. Big mistake! An R32GTR would have been a classic today, like an E30 M3 pretty much a thing of beauty
  6. I know commoners' drinks, it's just it doesn't come in 33cl bottles here but instead in non labeled bottles of white spirits. If you want beer you have some Super Bock, if you feel like rum or tequila there ar plenty of other options before going full gay, some Cpt Morgan Spiced or kraken spiced is where it's at after a nice coffee.
  7. Skyline, you might as well run an R32, it's all r nothing.
  8. I don't know what "the desperados" is
  9. They're both gentleman, it's the high seas, no civilization in sight, there's no censorship...* * except for englishmen, there's always fucking censorship if you're englishmen
  10. Really, a lot of it. White wine, from the alentejo region. It's lovely.
  11. I don't know who Roger is, nor could I give the slightest fuck. But @Bruce is a gentleman and I stand by my previous statement: don't be a brit twat, instead try to be an adventurous gentleman from the UK. You'll be better perceived throughout the civilized world.
  12. I'll be voicing for @Bruce when I say "Fuck Y'all" to your fuel economy comments. A boat is nothing like a 2 stroke from the 70's. Again, fuck y'all ! BBQ's and women! That's where it's at!
  13. Oysters are great, a little bit of lemon or ceviche type sauce, some white wine Just give me a warm night, and plenty of that, and I'm a happy man if I have a wonderful woman I'm trying to make happy along side all the evening events.
  14. No besties, here. The rules are the rules
  15. Same thing happens here sometimes, more in the countryside where it's more normal for people to have hunting weapons. Usually it's older people who are fed up with their neighbors who keep throwing cut grass onto their side of the field or some such thing, and out comes the shotgun
  16. Leaving a boat like that, unguarded, aren't you worried someone can just get to it and take it away? I assume it's simple to just tow it away without even having to bother starting it?
  17. Not by the EU, I think it goes back to the fifties or sixties when a UN related conference tried to get a lot of countries around the world to use similar traffic signs. I imagine not so much the letters saying "stop" but the shape and colors of the signs. Yes, just looked it up. Viena in 1969, on a UN conference. Don't know why they are in english in Spain and Portugal, though, maybe because cars arrived in Portugal later than in England or France and it maybe made sense to use the same signs? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vienna_Convention_on_Road_Signs_and_Signals#Road_signs
  18. We´re barely in February, guys, too early to count anyone out
  19. That sounds like a great trip. What time of year would you choose to do that?
  20. They have trouble enough with the way you are supposed to go around roundabouts or use the correct lane on the road, if Europe starts putting on different words on traffic signs it would be carnage. Buses full with children and nuns would crash, do you want that?
