If you ever return and decide to rent a bike, it will be my pleasure to take you on a little ride around provided I can keep up.

motorcycle photography You & Your Motorcycle - Looking Stylish

Dude, we don't know each other and I really don't mean to get on your wrong side, but is that a camera trick or are you a viking? -
We don't get those in Portugal, even though there is a Toyota factory assembling Landcruisers here, that's like a Hilux with a full body on it isn't it? Looks like a nice car to have in your area and winter.
-
Shouldn't Busboy now be Boatboy?
-
That's the Arab ancestry in your area!
-
What his proper official papers' name? I don't think we get that over here.
-
I liked how he was one of the few to wheely up the starting stage, helmet in elbow and all, you can tell a latin soul when you see one

Are you aware that white stuff is really cold water, @XTreme? Like those views, seems cold though.
-
Don't mind him @Grasshopper's Ride, these brits are surprised when they see anything other than a 90s sports bike, they´re not used to discerning tastes. Great views on that road up in the hills there @Skippy, do you know what kind of altitude you climb to over there? Weather is wonky, climate change is upon us and it means temperate climates will get colder while cold climates will unfreeze, worrying times, might as well go for a ride in the meantime. How do you like the coffee in Spain? I ask because I find it hateful as soon as you cross the border, maybe with some milk it disguises it.

@yen_powell, I suppose @XTreme is talking about the exhaust headers on the Kawasaki, the Honda looks lovely. My own exhaust, below the bike around the catalytic converter area looks the same, it's a mix of rust with caked in mud and dirt. I'm not proud of it but don't feel like taking it apart for cleaning either.

Dude can ride a motorcycle:

What did it carry that needed such a small heavy truck?

Honda placed first and second. Seems it took them quite a few events to iron out the kinks but they're pretty strong now. Good to see, it's always good to have brand competition. Peterhansel just won his 14th Dakar now, in a car. What a legend the guy is! Al Attiyah is one of the world's best sand drivers, so mustn't have been easy. Although I dislike Saudi Arabia as a Dakar host, it's good to see Arabian sand, it's closer to the original Sahara than the American one, and having two sand masters getting first and second in the cars is no coincidence.

I went on a ride to cheer up before the end of year
Pedro replied to Pedro's topic in MOTORCYCLE VIDEOS
No other bike I would prefer to be on, even if by myself, on country roads. The engine character just suits my temperament and the chassis allows me to cheat my way to being a better rider than I really am. -
Just thought it would be a good way to get it dried up inside after a weekend. Is a "berth" a spot on the water that is reserved to you, or a place tied to the dock itself? Here there aren't many places with big enough protection from the sea waves that you can keep boats year round other than marinas.

I think I'll post a review on what I think riding a World Superbike is, mainly that time Ducati could have asked to go and show Troy Corser how to cope with a fast bike.

I went on a ride to cheer up before the end of year
Pedro replied to Pedro's topic in MOTORCYCLE VIDEOS
That ride absolutely changed my mood. I had planned on touring southern Portugal during Christmas and New Year, I had the free time, the money, the bike, no shortage of places to stay and the country was open and unrestricted. Instead, passed that whole season thinking tomorrow I'll go but just felt depressed and unable to go anywhere. That ride lasted about 2 hours, got wet and cold from the waist down, got the bike filthy, but came back with a smile. New plan is to do that same touring starting on February, might be cold but whatever. Assuming I'll muster the mood and the country is unrestricted again I'll go. Some dates just make me want to not be sitting around people, and the open road makes me feel clearer in the head once I actually go. -
What a cutie! I always liked Sportsters even though to be honest I don't plan on owning one. That's a badass bike, kickstarting a Harley must have been fun.

I don't know the area well, but Andalucia alone must be plenty of space for some pretty long day rides, even if you plan on leaving in the morning and only come back home 4 or 5 hours later. Above 12º is pretty comfortable if it's sunny and you keep out of motorways. Is it too expensive or unavailable to get it connected to marina electricity and heating it up that way overnight? I will be home, going for a walk in the morning with my brother and Costa, and a little one in the afternoon. Portugal is on a lockdown so even though I would be not getting close to other people I don't really feel like being stopped by cops asking what my reason for being on the road is. Here, lockdown is within councils so you can't really ride anywhere if you stick to the rules. Although, as in everything portuguese we are the best at giving unclear orders, on the portuguese government website it states "there is a mandatory duty to stay home", for fucks sake, either it's mandatory or it's a duty! I'll be staying with my family over these two or three weeks (I hope) so don't really want to bring the bug home either. I'll be bored, may start reading a book.

Never rode one but they indeed are supposed to be a great fast bike. Wouldn't mind reading a ride report on a couple of those trips.
-
Is this actually a bike test with no actual bike testing or real pictures of a real bike? Bots need a dislike button.
-
I get that, but riding for days in rain?
-
But is it like a generic term to identify a 50/50 tire, or like a trademark thread design?
-
I would like you to write stuff about your life, seems like it'd make some great reading. Also, amazing high school bike.

Can't not see that and not whistle the theme song in your head.
