In Portugal, self cover is forbiddingly expensive when available, and except if it's a new bike it's simply not available. You end up taking your chances. ? I guess the insurance companies think there would be a lot of insurance fraud if they were to allow bike self damage coverage, I think they are right in their assumptions

Kickstarting a Harley must be great American stuff, @Tym, I´d love to try. Don't think I'd enjoy riding one of those older twins after having gotten used to modern BMWs though, but I'd surely give them a go for sure.
-
Corrected for accuracy! and I haven´t even seen the picture
-
I am Portuguese, I haven't been to the sensibility training.

They interviewed @Tym at 01:00, he told Canada to fuck up, I would as well, holidays are supposed to be fun! Honey! We've been trying crisps since before you guys even knew you guys were the new world! We've had crips with whichever flavor you can come up with, ketchup ain't nothing! Keep it original, yo! @Grasshopper's Ride Silent! these brits here get real serious about their chips! PPS: only olive oil, really!
-
Nobody needs that, Michelle. I am addicted to crips, my favourites are these, do you get these at yours? ketchup ain’t cool!
-
Even I know that!
-
I second that! Hell, we demand a drive report!
-
That looks bloody great for a Portuguese, but I can see how it can get old after a few days Can you drive well enough in that? No interest in other motorized things for the snow?
-
Great stuff, glad you made it back to warm up before nightfall

over 200 here, it's climbing alarmingly quick.

Holly big wheels, Batman!

Good effort on putting on such a long distance in cold weather. I am currently missing it a lot and have only been stuck at home for a week. What kind of GPS do you use?

However, it would never dream of passing emission standards. If you would get it to, then it wouldn't move out of it's own way. Would you say it's road handling and braking would do well in modern expectations?

Compromise is key

Anything else? 200.000 mile motocross engine too?

I´ve had a nice little couple of rides, could have ridden properly but really didn't feel like bothering with it

It's been shit. Started with lack of energy and a depressive mood, then went back into work and so far altogether have invoiced what used to be my daily average last January, don't have one work call that isn't a complaint, covid has locked me in and it's only getting worse so no idea when I'll be able to go out, and February is coming with a painful anniversary coming, which I'll probably be forced to spend with family at home instead of on my own on the bike. Can't say I'm in a cheerful mood to be honest. Have read a good book though, "India, the Shimmering Dream", you should too:

We've now got a Brazilian variant here as well, to help things.

I missed him on my years away from the Internet. Fortunately, it seems.

I recently discovered the pleasures of a neck protector in cold weather riding. Nice stuff. I don't understand this "Fuckmine" thing, is this a new thing? Fuck mine what? Hasn't it always been "fuck me"? Sincerely, Confused from Portugal

He can just wait till you come to shore for fuel, though.

I know, it was rhetoric! Buy one that only needs screwing on! Or just carry a crushed beer can with you
