Can’t nominate yourself Rich, regardless of how much of a legend you are.

My two front neighbors think I'm odd after both looking at me vacuuming the outside of my front door. How else are you supposed to clean dust out of a door? The linen washing will be done in an hour, then I'll hang it and get on the bike to go for lunch in the hills, on what is turning into a blue sky day

There's no other way to drive a Fiat Panda. Pretend you're going shopping in Milan.

The world is bigger than London.

Cool contraption, something to be kept inside a car for when you park in a city. Not really a motorcycle, though

Today is a holiday in Portugal, our sort of brexit in regards to influence from Spain. Plan was to meet up with @JustaPor for a burguer up in the hills, but it’s raining and that dampens spirits. I will do it tomorrow though, as sun is arriving after a week of heavy rain and I need to get out of the house. It’ll be a slow weekend.

Good times, when Covid had the roads more or less open for work reasons only, but the borders closed:

Seems we have a tie. I’ll leave it open until tomorrow at 20:00. Maybe someone wants to change a vote?

He'll have to grow up before being able to handle a fight with Marquez on a big bike.

Nothing I like more than a champion making a comeback and reminding people who he really is, I'll be rooting for him. Also, bike looks gorgeous with those colours.

Very cool, what's the grip level with studs on ice compared to, for example, normal rubber tires on gravel?
-
Did you run your own motorcycle and riding gear to do that? Doing those kinds of mileage you have to factor in buying a replacement bike every 3 to 4 years, along with proper gear to do it year round in the UK?

Give him a couple of hours with Everts and DeCoster, pretty sure he’ll pick things up quick enough to have Carmichael asking for 1 on 1 tuition. He’s quick like that. Throw a coffee chat with some left field talent nobody like Jean Michel Bayle and he’ll be top dog, he’ll just take over the whole thing. -
I wasn’t when I got mine, am now but it’s too late to change now that it’s got a new shaft.

They might ask Carmichael to teach him. Will be a quick couple of hours, he picks things up quickly. -
Forget Spanish, it’s Welshman after 20 years in Andaluzia, it’ll give the talented man a headache.
-
Get Daniel Day Lewis to play you, Pete. Not many people can do the accent of a Welshman after 20 years of speaking Spanish on the street.

What are the chances your videos will be used by Hollywood to edit a big production for cinema?

One of the tv series I have never skipped the entry theme music to. Cool stuff!

They wouldn’t have dared, it was a shit engine assembled poorly in the early days of chinese plants, it wouldn’t last one race stint. Motocross at high levels is brutal on engines, and 250 even more and every horsepower counts, that’s why I think Triumph rocks to even go for it. -

BMW never sold it for Motocross though, did they? What I meant is that taking on Honda and Yamaha and KTM and Husqvarna on what is a 250 race bike coming from an unknown brand needs, it needs the engine to be faster and better than the others from stock or else there's no point. The engine on those BMW 450, as well as the X650 challenge bike were not good at all, were they? All I ever hear about them were serious design and manufacturing flaws. Plus, the 250 motocross class is what, the most demanding class for engines? -

It must, only way to enter that class is with a top engine, otherwise it's dead in the water.
