Was going to meet up with Dani for lunch, but it’s foggy and wet and seems like it’s not clearing up except for a little rain later on. We’re driving instead Now sitting outside my local rural supermarket waiting for him, and check out this puck up. Aixam, no license required, engine sounds like something from a well’s water pump.

Nothing wrong with Fiat engines, either

Are you sure? On some cars they're not linked to the rear window heater and you have to switch it on manually on the door card button. Edit: VWs is usually where you adjust the mirrors, toggle to select left, right, or heater on

Completely uncivilised weather!

That said, If you brits want to meet in a wet field somewhere and call it a forum meeting, I’ll do my part … and look at all the ride reports.

You’re wrong. Once when I got stuck up a mountain on the Transalp, almost did a hardcore overnight camping that time! No fancy tent or meals or anything, hardcore!

Thank you, it is a usual detour from the road to stop and look at the scenery, it’s always worth it though.

Home where it’s on the inland side of the hills and sunny, it’s now maybe 15 or 17. Sitting on a cafe outside and It’s warm under the sun, chilly when the clouds pass but more or less perfect to be on the bike. Up on the hills it was chilly at 8 to 10 and windy.

Beautiful day to be outside. Pretty wet and slippery roads on places not long on sunshine. Bit cold for me but summertime for some of you.

Can’t nominate yourself Rich, regardless of how much of a legend you are.

My two front neighbors think I'm odd after both looking at me vacuuming the outside of my front door. How else are you supposed to clean dust out of a door? The linen washing will be done in an hour, then I'll hang it and get on the bike to go for lunch in the hills, on what is turning into a blue sky day

There's no other way to drive a Fiat Panda. Pretend you're going shopping in Milan.

The world is bigger than London.

Cool contraption, something to be kept inside a car for when you park in a city. Not really a motorcycle, though

Today is a holiday in Portugal, our sort of brexit in regards to influence from Spain. Plan was to meet up with @JustaPor for a burguer up in the hills, but it’s raining and that dampens spirits. I will do it tomorrow though, as sun is arriving after a week of heavy rain and I need to get out of the house. It’ll be a slow weekend.

Good times, when Covid had the roads more or less open for work reasons only, but the borders closed:

Seems we have a tie. I’ll leave it open until tomorrow at 20:00. Maybe someone wants to change a vote?

He'll have to grow up before being able to handle a fight with Marquez on a big bike.

Nothing I like more than a champion making a comeback and reminding people who he really is, I'll be rooting for him. Also, bike looks gorgeous with those colours.
