I would love to go to Tobermory, or back to Cambridge. Also Galway, although not the UK. In fact I would love to go anywhere in Scandinavia, I travelled around there a bit in 1987 and swore I would go back, haven't yet

Now and before Easter are the best times, not many people here at all at the moment.

I have sung with my Choir in the going down of the sun ceremony at the Menin Gate, 2019 I believe. it is held every night. Very moving experience and very worth a visit, we also sang at the Tyne Cott cemetery, which was very difficult indeed, a sad place.

Did 10k today with the Dear Boy, same area as yesterday but instead I cut across the headland along the Saints Way to Tregaminion and came to the beach from the other side. Bit windy but not a bad day to be out. The Lodge house is for Menabilly House where Daphne Du Maurier wrote Rebecca, Menabilly is Mandelay in the book. The light house structure is actually a navigation Day Mark called the Gribbin. It can be seen for miles around and tends to be the focus of many photos. The look of that dodgy style over the barbed wire made me wince, not going to be trying that anytime soon. You can see the remnants of a shipwreck down on Polridmouth Beach. I can't remember the name of the wreck but it was a Frenchman from around the 1900s, google it if you care enough. Can't feel my legs now so may give it a rest tomorrow.

Worky worky for me. Double shift at Launceston Hospital tonight, training a new bod on the first shift, then normal overnight, but I notice on the teams rota that I have no clinician for the second shift so if I am lucky I may get sent home at 23:00 fingers crossed. Saturday 22:00 to 08:00 Launceston Hospital do have a clinician. Sunday 22:00 to 08:00 Launceston Hospital do have a clinician. The guy I have Saturday and Sunday is a top bloke so looking forward to a good weekend.

Common problem, surprising how much fun can be had by adding an S

Yes. she rebuild a two stroke Kawasaki 80cc, and it started 3rd or 4th kick. Makes me laugh as her husband is doing the filming and always hovering in the background like Ben Dover. I know about the other channels. Like I said some of the bike content isn't bad if a little basic. Someone flagged it to me as it is local and she had caught her teenage son having happy fun times watching it. Made me laugh a lot.

I will put up the results tomorrow.

Several new bikes seem to have this problem with condensation. I have a theory that it could be to do with using LED's for idiot lights rather than the older incandescent bulbs that gave off a little heat. It's obviously not a problem for bikes with TFT screens but I prefer clocks personally.
-
It's a weird channel that's for sure. Some of the bike content is ok but she likes to flap them around. In one Vid she was kickstarting a bike. You can imagine what happens

Bored on my day off is always expensive. Anyway I was reading on a Himalayan FB page about these LED bulbs and thought I would give it a try. I wanted to carry a spare bulb anyway as all my commutes to work are 32 miles in the dark. The Himalayan lights are not bad which surprised me, budget bike and all that, but more light is always welcome. It's dark here now so I will put one in in the morning and find out how much of an improvement they give on. the way to work tomorrow night. Also as a bonus I get a silica gel pack to put in my Speedo to fix the condensation

@Xtreme Saw this and thought of you.

Oh you saw the sheep picture then

Yeah we had the heads up on that yesterday from the Council Youth worker. She also advised us to push for her to see the Educational Psychologist, who we know as she helped our son years ago. As the school has to pay for this they tend not to refer if they can help it. I am tenacious though when it comes to the kids.
-
Not so bad actually, she is back in school. Allsorts is in process for her at school. We are off to see the Doc tomorrow, to talk about depression and anxiety, also we are worried that she may have ADHD. So still very concerned but she is in a happier place now and is going back to riding on Saturday which has been her life for the last 6 years and hopefully a good sign.

I would agree, but I gotta walk on a regular basis and have missed a few days because of my youngest's dramas.

I quite like the fact it's easy going and mostly bantery bullshite. The general chat section is good. Can't being doing with the power ranger my bikes better than yours forums. I also like that if I do ask a serious question someone manages to answer it. Oh and of course it is owned and run by a Celt. Not banned from anywhere that I know of, I did get suspended from Facebook for calling someone a Twat once, normally I tend to walk away if I don't like something can't be doing with drama and flouncing off in a huff. I will have to think about it to answer more fully.

Nothing like stating the obvious to hint at a conspiracy

Out and about with the Dear Boy today, Did a loop around the cliffs and home, I misspoke before it was 7.7k not 7.5. Just checked my watch thing. Noticed a lone fishing boat out in the bay. On Thursday you normally see a warship out in the Bay as we aren't that far away from Plymouth. I haven't seen one for weeks now which makes me think they are elsewhere. For some strange reason Odie, the short ginger fella, loves a bit of rock hopping. He once saw a crab and has been looking for Mr Pinchy ever since. Walking up out of the beach I saw some green and pleasant land that I thought Pete would like the look of

Depends if I have anything out of that white tin. Sometimes we sing show tunes together.
