True she is taking it to extremes, as is some Mericans want, but if it gives my little maid confidence with her 125 it's worth the effort.

Yeah but players like to play, don't they Pete?
-
Yeah I could see that being Motorcycle Riders 'Boaty McBoat Face' moment

My youngest is a 5'1" shortarse and is struggling to get her head around riding her bike without getting both feet on the floor so I have found this woman to show her what is possible. She is quite impressive handling GS's at 5'1".

I tried track days when I gave up rugby, in cars. Can be fun but a real can of worms in terms of expense especially if you have that competitive gene.

Sport is great for your mental health. I struggled when I gave up, luckily for me I found choir, a team event that also releases your serotonin. Not for everyone I know but it worked for me.

Don't worry mate there is always next month

I voted for @boboneleg photo this month, brilliant picture. Looks more like a photographers composition rather than a happy snap. Love it

You do know that is a cultural reference he will have to Google. He wasn't born then

That is a fair point, do it while you can. Perhaps turn out for the friendlies and fun matches rather than a full season. I eaked out a few more years doing that. You will know in your heart when you've had enough. I still spend plenty of time in the clubhouse running Lankelly Shout (singing side), so heart and mind is still there even if the rest if fucked.

Yeah Right!, you can't even get you bike out of the garage let alone strap your boots on in ten years time . To be honest I don't think there is enough tape or Wintergreen to get me through the pre match warm up nowadays

Mate I am 58 and made of balsa, not sure I would be much use Last time I turned out for Kings was 10 years ago for a 20 minute cameo that nearly killed me . Took me a month to get over it.

Working tonight and Sunday. Sunday during the day I am going to watch rugby, the King of Prussia pub raises a team to play our team Lankelly-Fowey. Always a bleddy laugh. I played in 25 of them over the years 12 for Lankelly and 13 for Kings. The Kings is usually old boys from Lankelly and a few ringers. One year we had two Saffers and a chap from London Nigerians RFC turn out for the Kings.

I think you may need to start tipping them at Christmas. We always give ours a case of beer to share, they will taking anything.

Nah, he was another bike before he is too old to enjoy it. Don't blame him it's why I bought mine.

Its quoted for 86db at 70 mph and to be honest it's not intrusively noisy at that speed. Ok up to about 80 mph but no more on my naked bike. The Schuberth C3 Pro I have is noticeably quieter but its not a fair comparison as they are obviously different classes of helmet. The M1 has become my go to lid for most of the time just because I can see so much more. A downside side of the M1 is it is noticeably colder than the C3 when the weather is bad. The M1's built in Sena coms are good but a fiddle to set up and use. I have a cheapie Amazon Bluetooth coms set up in the C3 and that is just as good in all things apart from bike to bike coms which it is absolutely shit at. But having said that I very rarely use bike to bike, the old codgers I generally ride with are not up to speed with that sort of thing. Normally music/radio/podcasts for me when I am riding.

Yes, I liked his attitude, open and friendly to the Berber people throughout the trip. To many Brits don't appreciate whats around them and just moan and that get on my tits. I also think he did a pretty good job of filming, Freddie Dobbs trip to Morocco was filmed poorly in comparison.

I know I didn't work out why he did that. Have you seen the episode where he got the AT stuck off road? I didn't like him at the start but have warmed to him after this trip. I struggle with northern English accents sometimes and probably judge to harshly.

I have just ( taxed on the 1st obvs) insured it for me to ride so I can take her on the back to somewhere paved to practice and learn on. There is a carpark near us that a bike school uses so I am hoping to get away with taking her there one or two evenings a week in the summer to get comfortable with the bike ready for her CBT and hitting the road just after her birthday.

That sounds reasonable I was guessing £500 to £600 but I obviously know fuck all

Looks quality, but spendy?
