I don't get the trike thing at all, each to their own but not my thing I think they are just stupid. I rode a classic 350 Enfield combination, fooking thing was terrifying, open the throttle and it pulled hard to the left, brake or close the throttle and it pulled hard to the right. Always counter steering to stay in a straight line. Didn't like it at all, I suspect the combination I rode wasn't set up very well as the chap who had it was a fiddler and fucked around with stuff. But even so it scarred me for life, never again.

My November bimble, to … turns out Andaluzia and Alentejo

From my experience, waiting for my daughters, horse riding is mainly a girl thing. My oldest who is at college doing some equine course says that there are no males on the same course. -

They look like something my Daughter would wear up the Stables.

I don't know him or anything about him but I liked the ride report, twas entertaining.

To be honest mate not that much different from South Wales. But I take your point and will take some vids.

Do you know Pete I was thinking that when I was out today. I am pretty sure I have all the bits and mounts I need to do it. May have a look later. Could have got some nice vids today especially when I was riding through Slaughter Bridge and the little villages near Tintagel.

When out for a bimble this morning over to the north coast. Lovely clear dry day but cold ish around 6c. I wanted to take a photo by the Old Post Office at Tintagel. The place where King Arthur’s Castle is supposed to be. Not convinced myself but there is a castle there. Then went on to Trebarwith Strand but bit disappointed with the photos from there bins and road marking spoilt what could be a fantastic view. Fed up with cameras I bimbled off down the coast road past Delabole and Port Issac. To Wadebridge. Then took the Atlantic Highway (stupid name) further west to Newquay then headed home. I must admit I am happiest on the bike bimbling along A and B roads on my own. No twats around me being stupid, there is a lot to be said for that. Took an iron will not to go into a cafe for a fry up, but I was good. Big thumbs up for thermal gear, you wouldn’t think one thin extra layer would make such a difference. Also heated grips, I don’t want to ride without them anymore. Now thawing out at home over a coffee. Chilled right out. Oh and in case I haven’t mentioned it, I fucking love that Hornet.

Different sizes, ages and specs plus different family members using them and moving on. From memory there is a 1 x 2006 11" Macbook Air. 3 x 13" Macbook Pros (2009, 2010 and 2012) Oldest daughter uses the 2012. 3 x 15" Macbook Pros (2006, 2009 and 2015) Youngest daughter uses the 2015. A 2021 13" M1 Macbook Air which is my current Lappy. I would love a new 14" Macbook Pro but can't justify the cost as the M1 Air is still very quick. Also my daughters would spill blood over who got the M1. I have been lucky in that they just haven't died after I wanted or needed something else. Only the 2006 Lappy's are to slow to be really useful now, but still work fine. Through luck and a little knowledge I have avoided the problem model years for MacBooks but won't geek you out with that detail. Like you say they are beautifully made and while some are dated they just go on. I also have a 2018 15" PC laptop which is HP, I think, it is a real piece of shit that I inherited from my step dad. it is useful but I hate it and just keep it around for the odd task that is easier on a PC. I have binned or got rid of numerous PC Laptops over the years. The only ones I ever took to were Lenovo Thinkpads, but they all died in the end.

I dunno doesn’t look that much different to my current model MacBook. Only thing I think that is glaringly obvious is the screen resolution.

Just came across one of my old Macbooks (I have a pile of them), I haven't touched it in years but still a 15" MacBook Pro so was a decent bit of kit in its day. Plugged it in a left it for a while, it eventually boots after several updates. Updated my passwords and bugger me it is working like a charm. Not bad for a 14 year old lappy, I know battery life is shite but it will email, Office, Youtube and the like. It has obviously had upgrades over the years but you would be hard pushed to find a 2009 PC lappy that is still genuinely usable today. Question is will I use it? probably not, modern stuff is so much better in every way, but Kermit lives and that pleased me.

I couldn't find anything by Reggie, found several shows where he is a guest but nothing by him. I have a more in depth look when I have some time at work later.

I'll have a trawel it can't be hard to find.

I like Reggie Hunter, what's his pod called?

I got one of these awhile ago, not as good as a Go Pro but pretty close and a lot less money. https://www.amazon.co.uk/stores/AKASO/page/C4EA56CB-7BE1-4A68-83E2-4E7A4035834A?ref_=ast_bln

I think it is a bit of both. I got 20% off a Aussie Gear jacket I have been contemplating for awhile so that worked for me but you see some stuff that might be labelled Black Friday deal when it's nothing of the sort.

Working tonight, possibly going down to Redruth Wassail on Saturday, if I am not to knackered, working Sunday night. In between times going to walk the dog and watch rugby and ride the Hornet.
