  1. Me too but not so sure at my age.
  2. I've had 2 spells. First go was around 12 years. Mandi then tool over the roll and went full-time while I brought the kids up. Think I've been back about 7 years. The change in job was huge when I went back. So much electronics to catch up on and it's going to get much worse for people like me.
  3. Had to give the shaft a scrap and still had to give the new sprocket a few taps to get it all the way home. It's def using all the spline available. The boys on the TDM forum have stopped using JT front sprockets as they're already a bit of a loose fit on the output shaft from new.
  4. Prevention. There is some but like I said, I'd adapted a wider sprocket and it's worked well but now a few years old.
  5. No and not bothered yet. To much work and not enough sleep. I've always been a crap sleeper and can't turn my head off when trying to sort a problem. All got too much. Fingers crossed but in no hurry, be nice to get away from this electronic crap.
  6. I guess I'd answer both. Going back to cover the other lads week off after next week but then that's it.
  7. Gonna have to find room in the sheds for my work tools and box. Walked out yesterday.
  8. Mine arrived today and it's now fitted. Should of checked the bike first as it had a 14t on the front and 40 rear. Guess I'll be getting a new chain and rear sprocket now.
  9. Anything getting horny over that you're welcome to.
  10. Mine has but it's doesn't help much.
  11. Thats prob more down to carb icing than anything else.
  12. I've no doubt I can get it down to 40 but I'm wiser now.
  13. I've had the Tracers dash showing 71. 7 on avg. That was coming through France a couple of years back. Think it's showing 68 at the mo. Not sure how true the dash is but I'm getting over 200 miles a tank.
  14. We've done that too.
  15. No riding today as too many things to do at home, same tomorrow but it'll be pissing down all day if the forecast is right. F1, Fomula E and MotoGP tomorrow. Off out soon to watch a few bands.
  16. This just reminded me of our daughter. Mandi, the misses, didn't see eye to eye at all with Samantha to the point they were hating being in the same room. Daughter was around the age of 4 and was so much fun with me which prob made it worse for Mandi. I gave up work and Mandi went back. Worked really well in the end because she now earns more than me and I'm back to full time too. They're now very close. As for the eating, our three were all fussy but she was the worst by far. Don't remember us letting them go hungry until much older.
  17. Disagree, there's riders out there who can ride these thing off road and the bikes are capable. The consumer have eyes bigger than their stomaches. Those of us with biking experience soon get to grip with this.
  18. Can't argue that. I got mine for the comfort, never got on with sports bikes. They did the same with the big Yam ad wise. I had a test ride for a day, bloody sales man knew what he was doing.
  19. That surprised me as the super10 although heavy was bloody good off road, not that I tried too much hard stuff. I'd have though the Honda would be well capable in your hands.
