You don't forget anything. Good all round tyre, (get it,) just don't push your luck.

Been in there many times while daughter was in Bath.

Enjoyed that. Was this on a triumph? Came passed there once travelling back from Rothenberg and heading for Belgium so I know what you mean about the driving standard although we notice the quality of the roads more. Mandi didn't like the autobahns so we took some back roads which was far better biking. Hot sunny day and we rode passed a section of the race track close to the road when a bunch of very loud Porsches went passed, made me jump.

I'm guessing a pick up truck never got handed down ?

There's 7 of us, mum like cock and not just my dads. Being a mechanic, like swagman I mostly hear from them when a car fails.

5 pages, you lot haven't been doing much. Cooker turned into a right ball ache. It's a dual fuel but Mandi didn't realise (neither did I) it also had a leccy grill taking it to 4300w, so I'm now going to have to run 6mm cable through the bloody house to feed the greedy little bugga. AND, we have to swop its position with a cupboard as the oven handle sticks out to far and hit the wall to the left so you can't adjust the selves at will. AND, I then had to get a new longer gas coupling to allow the change of position. Any leccy experts recommend a 100a consumer box, it's going to feed a 50a shower and the new cooker which will have to have a 45a I believe? Mandi had her jab 2 hours early as she was called, no probs so far but being from up north she's made of girders. Hope to get to the bank today instead.

Workshop meets were a regular thing on the TDM forum before covid. Good times.
-
Installing our new cooker later. Hope to get some essential market chips later as I've got to put some money in the bank. Mandi will have her first jab later today, 2 hours after my younger son. Mandi has crohns and Andrews asthmatic.

You mean you didn't before.

No, but retro seems to have gone silly like many other things.

Got to admit she was right.

Years ago, I tried to get Mandi to chuck her old bellstarf leather jacket. She had no chance of getting into it. Daughter has taken a shine to it and it fits her perfectly.

I've had 'it' in every car I've had but mostly by myself.

Can we play hunt the turds -
This was Beemer only but had just opened up ranks. One of the places we stayed in France there was an underground bike park with a thin path going to the doorway in. I rode mine and mandi's in while most of them were still wobbling their way towards the door. Having said that there were also riders who I had no chance of keeping up with.

I have on a hard drive somewhere, I'll have a nose later.

I got involved when I was asked to go off road with them as a tail ender. It's when I had the XL500r. I was allowed to join them on a few road outings. A bit pipe and slippery but they knew how to organise. I did get quite a few comments as I was riding the TDM and Mandi had her GSR.

Its the best weekend here in a long time but no bike riding for us. I think if we went out together we'd get pulled.
-
Cheers Bob, just took me back to when we visited.

We visited the beaches on a BMW outing, and lots of other places on a D day anniversary. There are plenty of things to see like some of the German built bunkers for one. But like Chris said the beaches are just beaches with everything geared up to feed and water the visitors.

Or some nice stainless.

Thats the sort of road I loved. Nice and simple riding with time to look around. I was always at the back.

A lot of rust, bit of a water trap going on there. Well done for keeping reasonably calm.
