Well I got out for a bloody cold quickie. Was bloody freezing but the front brake is behaving as it should.

Well resurrected Chris, remember this the first time round. One of the reasons me and Mandi made the trip.

Bit blowy out there but assuming I can get passed the guard wabbits I'm nipping out.

I enjoyed bookface when I first signed up. Got to talk to my brother which doesn't happen, he only lives round the corner. In fact I kept in touch with all my family on there. I knocked it on the head when I'd had my fill of ads and and bogus warnings of scams my family kept sending. I've always been on forums, for bikes and info nothing else. Met some good people along the way too.

I'd lost my license before I was 16. We'd get anything we could going and ride it, first name basis with all the local plod. Started pushing the bikes to a field down the road, then we'd ride them down the road, then the petrol station, shops you get the idea.

I should of added the stator burnt out and the idle control valve was a twat from the start. But she loved it, then replaced with a newer white one. Haven't had any probs with this one other than her dropping it doing a U turn but we're all getting older.

Mandis first cbf1000 went back to change the bars, big festering lump of rust burst through the chrome.

I'm still have probs not sniggering with the name Motion pro.

Not as well built as the xt1200 either. I'm really enjoying it. A friend had the mt09 and said he's gonna lose his license so I thought these were maybe tuned down but once you click the sporty setting and give it some revs it's a bloody rocket ship. Far faster than I need to go. Lighter than the big XT which is why I traded but not quite as comfy, but only in the seat and more bent legs. TFT dash is good too. Once I get this front brake sorted I'll be a happy bunny again.

Build quality isn't a patch on my TDM and your Fazer but I do like it. Cracking engine.

I keep one in the top box as a get you home, or one like it. Used a Holts one some years ago and it got Mandis gsr home.

Apart from the snapping off bolt. Don't expect that from something so new.
