My thoughts exactly when standing in front of the mirror.

We all know it's not the fastest way round a track but it looks, smells, sounds and is bloody brilliant.

What kit did you go for?

My oldest calls me pops too.

The boy fancies a Volvo v40. He's found another he likes but no car play/android or parking sensors but it's 2 grand cheap than the others we've seen. There's after market stuff available so I guess he'll be going for this one. Today I've been searching for info on a coolant temp level sensor on a ford petrol 1600 turbo focus. Turns out these sensors were added to the cars by recall as when they overheat the heads warp leaking oil onto the turbo and the lot goes up in flames. Rather than keep it simple, these sensors also have a controller fitted and then it all goes into the can bus. So all I can do is check for earth, voltage and the 2 can signals which were all present, I don't have an oscilloscope or the knowledge to use one so it's fingers crossed on the level sensor or take it to the ford dealers. I must admit I've quiet enjoyed looking into it, prob something to do with sitting on me arse.

Bike Of The Month - January - Picture submission

I'll have to point this out to the misses, but not for my benefit. -
Warmer than I thought you'd say. Been bubbling around 6 deg in Ipswich, sun made it feel better.

Took the younger boy over to Ipswich as he wanted to view a car for sale. Seller had 3 to choose from on site, all with plenty of marks, chips and damaged wheels. One had some accident damage poorly fixed leaving a headlight full of water and a big gap where it met the bumper. When we spoke to the salesman he's said "that was all taken into consideration when priced". When I said you won't sell it like that he response was, "there could be someone walk in and not see all the faults you pointed out". Needless to say we walked away but is this the norm now.

Sad news Skippy enjoy today as you know there'll be lots of paperwork to go through. Condolences to you. We got a call when Mandis dad was in a home in Manchester, we'd got the bikes out, gear on only to get the call to say he'd gone before we got our legs over the bikes.

Tech House Mix Riding a T7 For Music Lovers

Not into that then. Must admit to leaving it on and doing the housework, couldn't watch it all. Reminds me of Pete with the empty roads and riding by himself. -
More chinessium.

Did you get swiped? Had a nasty cut on my hand some years ago, sharp stuff. I did the shopping today while Mandi had her nails done. Dropped the kwaka engine off on the way. Had a look at a diesel Eos, loud popping coming back through the air box, could be time for the scrap yard. Also checked out a transit power steering noise, reservoir empty and leak found on a non pressure pipe so will go back later and chop in a bit of rubber hose. Now having a nice lager.

That tank looks the size of a Honda c50

Handbag anyone.

Hope it's not as bad as what a few of the boys on my group chat have had. Knocked them out for a couple of weeks and one got a chest infection after.

Anyone interested in silly money bikes?

Solar power update, I've wired 2 old car batteries parallel to try and gain some longevity. Neither batteries are alike other than coming off cars so I'm not holding my breath. I will invest in a proper leisure battery later but I must admit I'm enjoying pissing about with what's laying around. Wonder if I can hook the misses up to it, prob create a drain.

Bugga, what did I miss
