That is prob pressed/knocked in so an easy out will expand what's left of it. Think I'd have the engine out a drill out the remains while keeping air pressure in the water jacket hopefully keeping the swarf from entering. Be easier to glue knock the new one, be it home made or original, in with the engine out too.

Got a call from the chap with the Aprillia this afternoon. He went to Halfords for a new battery and didn't notice the Pos and Neg terminals were the other way round. He fitted before he noticed and now with the right battery it's popping a fuse. He's a lucky boy as I've been outside playing and it turned out to be just a relay. On the same line was the dash panel and I went straight for that being electronic. Lucky boy indeed although I've still got to put it back together and road test.

Just got a track rod end to fit today. Got others on my list but can't be arsed.

He has a valid point but it sounds like he's assuming the thread length of the screw in jets is enough to bottom out partially blocking the oil gallery. Def some misalignment going on.

Give the screen and wiper rubbers a good clean with washing up liquid, sometimes helps.

That front sprocket can't have anymore than 6 teeth

Bathroom, err shower room's finished bar a touch up of paint and clean and refit the door.. Not allowed to use it for 24hours to let all the chemicals to go off. The front room floor was covered in packaging which is now sorted and I've managed to stuff it all in one big box apart from some larger stuff I can lay on under cars.

Went and put the golf back together today and it was cold in the garage, had to out some overalls on.

I came from a TDM to the S10 and the 2 headlights were a revelation, one of the reasons for regretting selling.

I avoid the dark on the TDM as the headlight is pants, Tracers is good but still prefer daylight.

Our apple tree has been the same. The apples haven't grown much and the wind has battered most to the ground where the rabbits have got to them. Won't be many if any still there in the winter for the birds. Washed both cars today and been shopping again, bored now.
