  1. I've just noticed the bloody things have been eating the tyres too.
  2. Bloody rabbit should be, but the bike will be ok. Scruffy but we'll get it on the road. Got any death wings Pete? Both tyres cracked up on the walls.
  3. Decided to pull it from the side of the shed. A quick wash to get the leaves and spiders webs off and a quick look over. Rear brake lever's seized up along with a throttle that won't turn. It's a mess with rusty fittings and spokes and the bloody rabbits have been busy again.
  4. I'm loving these sprint races, really made something worth watching on a Saturday afternoon.
  5. I wish it was the pee side and I bet she does. It's crohns and colitis for Mandi. 20 burgers and 20 sausages and in a big and already dropped off. Think Mandis going to do some chicken skewers this afternoon for the more adventurous appetites.
  6. Mandi has just suggested we nip over to Beccles on the bikes to do a butchers run. Younger son has invited the family round for a dads day barbe tomorrow. She's getting more confident about distance to a toilet now. MotoGP sprint this afternoon, a catch up on the BSB and F1 quali tonight. MotoGP tomorrow morn, BSB in the afternoon and F1 in the evening with said burnt offerings in there somewhere.
  7. No real surprise if the fault doesn't show its self. I have a bulb on a length of wire for this sort of prob. Connected to the solenoid trigger wire, next time it fails to turn over you'll be able to see if the bulb lights or not giving a good clue to get nearer the fault.
  8. I've been sitting in front of this puter for about 2 hours researching some stuff and now can't be arsed to move. Motivation prob I think.
  9. Finished Manifest last night. Thought the story idea was very good so def worth a watch. I also thought it was a bit drawn out and far to much soppy time.
  10. Yeap, there's already remade webs.
  11. I get on this bike it's covered in bloody spiders webs. Decided to give it a bit of a clean up which get into a bit more once in there. Where do you stop but think a bit of hammerite spray would be better than that lot. That'll do for now.
  12. Yes, the one on the yellow cub
  13. Good to see he did something better than forever and ever.
  14. That's a crackin looking bike until you get to the headlight.
  15. It's all electric so yes. I'm guessing it's not an immobiliser fault and something from the ign switch to/or the starter. Your man will prob start with a diag to rule out said immobiliser and go from there.
  16. MotoGP Saturday sprint race was on If the reset didn't work and they often don't then it's hands on time. I could explain the use of a test light but suspect I'd be wasting our time.
  17. You've got 2 keys so it's unlikely both have messed up at the same time. Sprint race time.
  18. just found this on google, Put the driver's window down and open the bonnet. ... If you have a battery cover remove it. ... Switch the engine off and remove the key (DO NOT Open the doors) ... Wait for 3 minutes. ... Disconnect the vehicle battery and wait 15 seconds. ... Reconnect the battery, wait 10 seconds (DO NOT open any doors) Still could be a dodgy starter. solenoid or relay though.
  19. Used to be a reset which worked a couple of times. Engine off key in the ignition, open one of the windows. Wait 10mins, disconnect the battery for a few mins and reconnect. Don't open any doors or try to start for another few mins. Fingers crossed. If that fails then it could be time for petrol and a match although it would have got that earlier if I had my way.
  20. Sorry been out although Bobs spot on. I would suggest giving the starter a smack but as your cars a diesel it's buried in the back on the engine so a bitch to get near. No light or key shaped light flashing on the dash? Could be worth trying the spare key just incase it's a transponder issue. Edit, I see I'm a bit late.
  21. Many very heavy when they start fitting water tanks. Quite a few getting into trouble with seat and seatbelt mountings.
  22. Same, front room for me though. I was special.
  23. Wouldn't surprise me if there's a few about half done as the look down's over. Every bugga was doing it.
