Another day another thick ead. Must manage to get out of the house later to collect Mandis car. Left it down the pub Saturday afternoon. Normally have a family walk Boxing Day so maybe we'll take a roundabout way to get there.

Me, Mandi and Samantha will be heading down the pub later. Me and Mandi still full of a cold, thick head and hard to swallow for me. Thought I was getting better.

Did your test show positive on the normal DIY kit? Been hearing they're not good on this strain? Just hear say @Slowlycatchymonkey?? Be a nice quiet xmas this year. Hope the pair of you are feeling better soon. Edit. Me and Mandi have had a bitching cold. I'm a couple of day behind her. A couple of days into it I had the aching across the shoulders the same I had with the jabs and last year when we both had covid. Negative test results for us both. We're both coughing and spluttering something rotten, she's worse than me prob due to her immune suppressing injections.

Possible but they all get them out of the sheds and garages and ride them. I think they're bloody gorgeous, the bikes. Two of them have changed the exhausts.
-
Must have got something right as there's 3 of them in my local bike chat group. All of them around my age of 60.

I believe Ford hold the patent for it.

Because Robert Palmer was mentioned, And because someone mentioned a great bass track, merry Xmas.

Nice early Xmas pressie, got a bloody speeding fine.

Tis a throw away world.

We got it dropped for my boy but that was a washing machine and a dryer. They started off wanting £40 each. Lots of places online under cutting them, they try to make it difficult by altering the model numbers making it difficult to match. Deserve loosing the sale for that alone.
-
Press them on the delivery charge, they're known to drop that for a sale.

That is very much like the one we had in the house as kids. Only difference I can remember is our was a totally wood cover. I did some window licking in Bath when Samantha as in Uni. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.3794777,-2.3594188,3a,75y,47.89h,81.09t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sfl0_oYEefCVbtAxKiK4WnQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Cut out the middle man, I like it.

Shopping, cleaning out the daughters goldfish, hoovering rabbit poo and ferrying Mandi and some of her work mates to their Xmas do. Then I shall be drinking and smashing some music out.

Great pics and a big smile, what's not to like. A great adventure for you 2 and thanks for the updates.

We taking about the fat thing?

My long term friend who recently died had a long spell with Saabs. We'd jump in and thrash it to where ever we were going to have a walk. Derbyshire, Dorset, they just soaked it all up. He had a silver aero which was "a motorbike on four wheels", his words.

If one of my household told me they were getting a Beemer I'd kick them square in the nuts. Breakdowns involving self igniting egr valves, limp mode due to gear change position faults. Most of the older ones along with some mercs and VWs are being bought up by the immigrants and chavs who promptly remove the DPFs turning them into even more unreliable polluting bags of stinking crap. Most cars built between 1996 and 2006 were some of the best ever, that has long since passed.

Or a pug, or a fiat.

I had a bit of black guttering screwed to the wall once. It hid everything perfectly although I did have to buy some longer leads. I've now got our tele where the old fire place was and put some drain pipe with a 90 at each end in with the brick work. Once again I had to get some longer leads but there's not a wire in sight.

Thanks for the ride Pedro, excellent report. Felt a little emotional for you reading some of that. My favourite pic.

Exactly what I said before deleting everything I'd put in there.
