  10. Decided it was time for a ride this afternoon. Short of ideas as towhere to go so fired up the pootah, opened Kurviger, programmed "twisty route", then "Circuit" andturned the heading arrow just eastof North and hit "Go". it came up with this 170 something km's, so I transferred that to the phone and off I went. it was a pretty varied ride landscape wise, from the vinyards above, through woods and forest How french is this?! and across arable lowlands. All pretty dry at the moment but the trees are still green. Unstable weather here today, about 27 c and high humidity. fairly dominant cloud cover but no rain. Good to be out on the bike again.

  13. I was going to ask how you got on with the pirelli's on the dirt in the rain. I have them on the tiger and love them on tarmac and reckon their pretty good ( insofar as road biased tyres go) for gentle (dry) lanes and unsurfaced roads, DRY being the key. great report Pedro, love those pics.
  14. always complicated in a group with unknown riders. When we get new riders in the group ( rarely) we usually explain how the group works before leaving. A tip I actually picked up from Glitch Oz when I met up with the Aussie touring.com group back in 2013(?) an explanation which allowed me to fit almost seamlessly into the group . You will always have those whose riding style just doesn't correspond and they will quickly dissappear. Great shots @Sir Fallsalot and good write up, Thanks.
  15. Thanks @Slowlycatchymonkey, great report and nice pics.
