Not sure what i'm doing tomorrow got 3 bikes that need washing badly and a patch of grass to cut but the weather don't look too good, Monday i'm out on the bike, it's a another new/novice rider day hopefully no blood this time, we are riding down the vale where i was walking today nothing too technical there but there's nothing like a novice to make things look hard or overcomplicate things

Plenty but they were all below ground

Excellent Bob that will have Pete drooling

Hadn't run the marmite wagon for a while so me and the wife went down the Vale for a run and a walk around some old ruins first stop was St Illtyd Church i don't like the church but i can appreciate the architecture The wife doing the service The church visit was just a way of getting to what i really wanted to see which was Llantrithyd Place an abandoned manor house next door, i had to sneak thought the church grounds and over the wall to get in The wife tried to climb this tree for a photo sat on a branch but it was like watching Pete use tools, she gave up pretty quick From here was Old Beaupre Castle another manor house, there was a short walk across fields to get to it, these were a little too friendly for comfort The wife did find her tree on the way back LOL Next stop was St Quentin's Castle in Llanblethian only the gate house remains standing Stopped for lunch on the way home it was a little too posh for me there wasn't a lot on the menu for me but loads for the wife portions were small and it was bloody expensive for what we had we wont be returning.

Is some old cunt not telling us it's his birthday today and he's another day closer to death

Why do i picture you spending the last 3 days looking through every photo album in your house to find that photo
-
No that's further up this is more Morfa Beach but no public access to it as the steel works runs the length of it
-
Nice photo Al but BOTM only works in landscape now

Me to Bob there's signs there restricting everyone now although i think they were there when i was riding it years ago

Rolling tarmac more like Pedro most of the local stuff is short rocky or muddy tracks everything in-between is narrow country lanes. like this kind of stuff But we also have a lot of this as well which i enjoy riding as much as the dirt tracks and sometimes more https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5584811,-3.6372126,3a,75y,342.8h,85.88t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1scp8XPNpLU0eyhR6BZT4jJg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192

No it wasn't, the ground was wet but not slippery wet, got good grip with a worn out Mitas E09 on the rear, if it was all over the place yesterday i was going to change it but i think it can stay on for the summer now

I was a bit surprised how easily he caught it almost like he's been practicing

Forgot to mention there was a bit of shepherding down Merthyr Mawr as some lambs had escaped their field and were running all over the road
