Yes Bob what an eye how the fuck you got that i don't know, see @XTreme he know's his shit as well as his puddles -
Not much of a report too knackered the ride today was good fun plenty of muck and water to play in, @XTreme look away now There were a few volunteers for the madness today Had to do a bit of manhandling on one lane as there was a tree down This lane pretty much sums up the day. That was a mix of mud cow shit and piss it stank the whole lane was almost un-rideable due to the cattle tramping everywhere and mashing it up Look no friend to help Freddy boy bastards that was hard work LOL Once i got my bike out I helped out by documenting the others LOL A nice river crossing to wash the crap off before adding more crap

No luck with the clear notifications then Pete
-
Are you Bucksters dad
-
No but he can get his leg over a bike, starting to think this is the only ability he has because he cant see and cant walk on uneven surfaces
-
Tomorrow i have to get a new washing machine as the wife is broken so will be fitting that and getting shot of the old one Sunday i'm hoping for some van action, taking the Beta up to hay-on-wye as a test drive for next weekend to see if i need to add anything and the bike will be coming out the van and getting dirty

me and before you say it i'm not a grandad you cheeky moo
-
Probably the old technology in the photo on the front page is not compatible with the new technology i'd start by deleting that just in case

And keep you awake because its so pointlessly loud

Probably a Japanese movement for reliability

In the garage i use the compressor and check the pressure with the pencil gauge the battery and 12v pumps are for emergency use on the road so not worried about accuracy. The dirt bikes don't matter about pressure as long as its over 10 psi and under 16 psi it will do LOL
-
@XTreme something to watch out for on the battery pump at least mine anyway, is the pump would switch on sometimes in my pocket that's why i have that piece of foam taped to it so the buttons cant be held in accidentally and the other thing is put some tape over the charging port if it doesn't have a cover to stop any crap getting stuck in there when your carrying it about.

I just done a test for you not the same pump as yours but a battery one off Amazon So this is my lineup of pumps and gauges Pumped my tyre up to 29PSI with the battery pump Then checked the pressure with my compressor gauge Then the 12volt AA pump Then the pencil gauge, well i thought that's shit until i put the battery pump back on and it was reading 27.5psi i'd lost some pressure between changing gauges. I pumped the tyre back up and this time used the pencil gauge first Showing 29.5psi When i put the battery pump back on it was showing 29.6PSI as i'd lost air taking it off you don't lose air putting it on for some reason So if we are saying the pencil gauge is the most likely to be accurate then the battery pump is the next accurate one of my devices around 0.5 psi difference which i am quite surprised at

That's why i said its a personal choice some bikes feel better for you than others that doesn't mean your having a better experience than someone on a a CB500X for example
-
Take the Vtwin out of that and that sentence applies to every motorcycle in the world, It's about the experience not the bike, when you say one bike gives you a better experience than another that's just personal choice or as i like to say blinkered pompous bike snobbery
-
So should i be contacting you about repairing the potholes in the road outside my house they are deep enough to smash the sump of a Harley
-
I always thought the Japs weren't willing to take a backward step in technology to produce a bike like a Harley
