There's lots around here they are even showing them on the OS maps now This one is just up the road from me but you cant see it so not an eye sore and i'd much prefer these than a bloody wind farm
-
Down to 36 this time but not entirely sure what it is i'm doing to get it down
-
That as well And you quoted my post before i had time to proof read it and then edit it to make more sense

I can survive 90% of the year with short leather summer gloves and heated grips, i do have big ugly hand guards that block the wind though, I've tried riding without them in the winter and you see the difference straight away
-
I forgot you cant ride once the snow is down where you live. A good pair of winter gloves you can throw in a bag until you need them
-
Handlebar mitts and heated grips are unbeatable in crap weather not the nicest to look at though

Only 4000 miles what are you going to do after breakfast

As much as i'd like something like that to see what exactly is giving me spikes i just couldn't live with it attached to me. I've been reading about development with non intrusive devices like these smart watches which sound pretty exciting but not sure if they will get the breakthrough they need for it to work in my lifetime

That's why i'm a diabetic
-
I don't know what scale they measure the blood glucose levels in when they tested me but i was 162 when i was diagnosed and the highest i got to was 178, the result i had last was 142 which is ok and around the same as someone who isn't diabetic but my memory is shit so those test result might not have a 1 in front of them i'll ask on Thursday again
-
I'm still diet controlled not on any medication yet and hoping to stay off it. After the last high one i had the annual eye test revealed signs of the diabetic eye disease retinopathy which to be honest frightened the shit out of me, so i was good to the next blood test but I've started slipping back into my old ways again just have to see what happens on Thursday
-
Results of the blood test i had 6 months ago was really good, waiting for the results of the blood test i had a week ago to see if i'm keeping it down as the ones before were gradually getting higher
-
I was thinking the same

When i was first diagnosed as being diabetic i gave the wife a row for leaving sweats and shit where i could find them as i have no will power at all and will scoff the lot. So i thought she had stopped buying them as i'd not seen or been able to find anything for a long time, that was until i went somewhere i very rarely go near, the fucking washing machine, it was full and not with laundry
