  1. I'll be up front so wont be seeing much action, hopefully the tail ender will have his go pro on
  2. Another ride out with the TRF tomorrow i'm dragging 5 unsuspecting victims around the Llandovery area
  3. We got those here but they are registered for the road and that goes for the full blown motocross bikes. But this country just isn't suited to that kind of vehicle
  4. @Earache Don't you have tyre laws there that's 3 points per tyre here and you can get a driving ban at 12 points
  5. What do you expect you fuckers are stopping the mongs from going to Spain so they are holidaying locally and spreading it here instead
  6. That's my thoughts on it although there is an exception in my view and that's the one bike to do it all on scenario, where you can only afford or got room for one bike therefore you buy a bike aimed at what you do most like touring and then make do on what you use it least for. What i cant get my head around is buying a big adventure bike to ride tough technical terrain all the time. The CRF Facebook group is full of that type and they think you bought the wrong bike if you don't go off road with it and they are the vast minority the majority use it for road riding
  7. Loads of fucked up bikes you mean never been off road or submerged in a river
  8. The bike is capable but i bought it for touring just couldn't bring myself to drag it through the crap around here when there's so many better bikes for it. People keep saying their big dirt bikes but to me a big dirt bike is something like a Husky 701, it's a travel bike something you can ride through rough terrain if you come across it when touring. People are being sold a lie in my opinion. Manufacturers stick a world class rider on their product and then make an advert showing what he can do and the gullible think buying the bike will enable them to ride like him
  9. Same here with my CRF1000 only dirt that will see is getting in and out of a camp field or the type of gravel road you could ride on any road bike.
  10. So what your saying is the no point lockdown you protested about has actually worked
  11. Are you feeling ok this is the kind of comment that uncouth bastard @XTreme would pick up on
  12. That's great news for the cost it wasn't worth bothering doing it yourself.
  13. If i organise a ride i try to limit it to six but no real rule about numbers its up to the event organiser. We started off as seven and met Sarah and her fella on route taking us to nine. There was another group of about six left at the same time on the same route but in the opposite direction we didn't cross paths again that day with the other group
  14. No different Sarah, his Sarah wasn't out she has a lowered CRF300L
  15. Too bloody hot to ride it hit 30.5c here head is feeling a bit crispy after working on her car today
  16. wish i was there Clive i was first introduced to ELO back in the 80s when i used to get a lift to work off a guy in a Citroen CX who was into ELO didn't know how much he influenced my life until a few years ago
  17. Just about to go out to watch a band at a club something i haven't done since before covid hopefully wont be like this later
