    I was talking to the owner interesting guy from Bristol. He used a 650cc V twin Honda plant engine. No gearbox just a vario belt drive off the crank

    Left for the rally around 10 with thunderstorms forecast on route so I put the waterproofs on as it was all motorway there and nowhere to stop if it started to rain arrived with no rain and everyone enjoying the sun we looked a bit stupid dressed for rain anyhow tent is up and I’ve blown the froth off a couple here’s a few photos I took on the way to the outside bar

    I just taxed the Africa twin to go to a rally in north somerset tomorrow the same one i taxed the bike for last year and then didn't turn a wheel the rest of the year hoping it will be different this year

    Been great all day here which was good because I've been working outside all day but it started raining about 6 and it hasn't stopped

    The place i go is like that Barry goes through the bike to tell me if anything is wrong not to fail it because he knows i'll sort it straight away. But the new MOT tester he has there who's a young lad goes through everything in fine detail. When i took my Africa Twin there last time he was laying on the floor inspecting the underside of the bike with a torch i said your determined to fail this ain't you. i make sure it's Barry doing the MOT when the other bikes go there.

    My wife is the grim reapers secretary she deals with death everyday. she works in a palliative care ward. Don't know how she does it not something i would want to do but the sweets and chocolate she brings home are welcome LOL
