That's what happens when you poorly photoshop your bike in front of an Aqueduct on a gravel road probably would have gotten away with it if the road was metalled LOL -
Does it come with a free six-pack of beer or do you have to buy them separate

I have one like that they want £70 to update the maps so it will never be used again that's why i like using the phone as it's always up to date and gives you live traffic congestion updates as you drive -
Depends greatly where you live and go for fuel £1.48 near me but i only use super where i can so £1.57

Not everyone is made of money Bob As you know I use a second phone with no sim card in, it works well for the trails with Memory map. -

Only good for you dry weather bikers LOL. I've been using one of these for the last two years really impressed with it https://ultimateaddons.com/collections/motorcycle-cases?gclid=CjwKCAiAgeeqBhBAEiwAoDDhnw9bPk2hUA5OaSqX5UIeyEhPIGAErVqm0g9u19-kJ6x74Ld2kwsGXhoCA88QAvD_BwE -

In the late 80's we were at the Shepton Mallet bike show and one of the girls with us was joking about entering the wet T shirt competition, all her friends egged her on to do it so she entered but didn't win and what a lovely pair of tits she had LOL Then all her so called friends turned on her calling her a slag i couldn't believe how bitchy women could be, anyway ever since then the girl who entered the wet T shirt completion has been know as Shepton Mallet Sian

As i'm getting older i'm starting to feel the same way but not ready to give it all up just yet.

Not an investment bike just a bike i regretted selling in the 90's so bought another to use and maybe to rebuild in retirement to keep me busy if i cant do anything else or if i was offered a stupid price for it, it would go tomorrow LOL
-
No i find it a great bike and remember that every time i ride it, Only three things i could criticize about it is the seat height, the seat itself is a bit uncomfortable and it's a noisy bike as in wind noise. The only reason i would move it on is because i just don't have a use for that type of bike if i'm not going to the motorcycle rally's with the wife or riding any long distances as i get all i need from the trail bikes. The old Africa Twin i have been keeping to do a nut and bolt restore on if i ever retire but that will remain to be seen lol
-
We used to have some great bike shows in the past and i have fond memories of them but all gone now, Motorcycle rally's are different to bike shows now as they don't usually have a bike show anymore or a wet T shirt competition LOL. The show that Pete went to the other week wouldn't be called a rally here. Rally's here usually involve camping, live bands drinking and much merriment of like minded people who ride bikes. I didn't attend many this year and if it's the same next year i may well get rid of the CRF1000 as i have no use for it in fact i think i put it on the road this year to attend one rally with the wife.

Have you ever had a look at the TET route in your area, the off road sections vary in difficulty from easy gravel tracks to trials bike terrain might be sections of it that will interest to you

I like kippers for breakfast but the wife hates me having them because they stink the house out LOL
