True....the bass player Dusty Hill....only guy with a beard in that pic. Coincidentally, the drummer...only guy w/o a beard to this day....his name is Frank Beard...& his birthday is the same day as mine!

About 70 miles.... a friend saw the whole thing when it happen'd....pretty crazy seeing 200+ acres of trees go down like a bunch of toothpicks....in a flash! Whats left of it now....

The crest of the road behind the bike is a pretty steep gravel hill.....coasted down it in PA level 0.....33 mph...enough to make the eyes water...lol
