Congrats on the new wheels @Tango ? Always a fun time when a new bike arrives. I recently purchased a CB500F, so we share the same base engine, and I have enjoyed owing a Honda again. Enjoy and happy riding!

I don't mind that, maybe a bit lighter though.... What about greener. #065418 ?
-
Right, sorry....always forget about the KTM thing as I like orange, but they have really claimed that look. That green is not right....agreed

Oh, well if you just wanted my attention, there are nicer aways to approach it..... You have it now, BEWARE! I don't have Bruce to make fun of anymore so I am looking for a new victim for my "nice meanness"....... ? Your Charlotte is adorable! ?

Greetings @Kracker from the Grasshopper! ? ?

I had a bunch of things I wanted to test out today. I had repositioned the handle bars on the Honda, along with some new tank grips and a new tank bag to try out. I also set my 360 camera in a new spot and mounted a camera on my partners bike to capture the view from behind. It was raining when we set out, but a warm spring morning with the smell of fresh pollen in the air. Always nicer to pass the logging truck on the highway, compared to the tight forest roads. But they still freak me out..... Went through a little road work. Always a smile for the workers! Then the afternoon was so nice I had to take Bagheera out, to make sure his new battery worked of course. What a day, hey, maybe there is time for another ride.....

Getting the bike ready for the trip around Portugal
Grasshopper replied to Sofia's topic in MOTORCYCLE VIDEOS
When you do make that trip to Canada, I would love to meet up and ride for a bit. Wow, I have been camping all my life and never had an experience like yours.....? Which I am very ok with....lol I have had a bear outside my tent a few times, once I could hear the nose smelling everything and that was an interesting experience. Hope the start of your trip has gone well and the sun came out! ? -
Wow, now that is honour...... Take a bow fine sir....

I know it is just an entry level Honda CB, nothing fancy when it comes to the world of bikes. But I have really come to like the bike very much. I think it is like that stuff they tell me about mom's. They can think their child is just a darling to behold, as they have the love, others might just see a homely kid..... ? You better vote for her now......?

This is hard, I can spend hours working with colours for web sites....hard without testing along the way too. But here are a few ideas: WARM - #cc6600 - if you look at the Saturation section from the main hex code, I like the less saturated tones, 55% to 20%. With white, black and light grey mixed in? WARM - #996600 - A bit more "earth like" or NATURE - #999966 - this one caught my eye in the lightness section. 35% to 85% is nice......again with white, black and light grey all mixed in. It is hard with greens, but maybe something on the olive side. Oh I could go on......and of course the header will have to reflect the new colours. OH OH, look at the current header photo, see the sun and then the blue / grey in the clouds, that is a nice combo too. I really like that warm sun colour. If any of this doesn't make sense just let me know. ?

Thanks! Funny you ask, my music guy has been asking the same thing. I am just enjoying our new exhaust sounds so much I forget to add music. ?. I did add a little tune at the end.

Probably the most logical choice, not the most sparkles, but we have enough of those here already....lol

I don't mind the current colour scheme, but perhaps something warmer, or more "naturery". Red is too stressful, brown in not so nice, but a mellow orange, or green. The orange and teal theme is / was popular. The current one is easy on the eyes. The name is hard, but Adventure isn't right. The word moto or motorcycle is needed... So what do we have..... - a pub like experience with lots of different styles of bikes and people Moto Pub Hub Motorcycle Pub Hub ...are those weird? Just getting started with some ideas.....

The Dust is Back! One week we are riding in the snow and the next we are travelling down dry dusty roads. ? With a dry April on the Sunshine Coast it is no wonder. We also saw a lot of the roads had been topped with fresh gravel and graded. Around here that usually means the logging trucks will be coming through, so best be aware of where you are riding, as I have learned, meeting a logging truck in the wrong spot can be a bit scary. ?

I could, BUT...... Really, the man insults my motorcycle and then asks for custom cookies...... WOW, you are a special one!

A quiet rainy Sunday here, so to warm up the house I thought to make some good old fashion chocolate chip cookies. ??

I would head north through British Columbia and into the Rocky Mountains. The valleys are filled with wild flowers this time of year as the snow has melted. I would wild camp in the forest and enjoy a few camp fires. ? ahhhhhhh I had a feeling you would say Pedro will take lots of pics, and I'm sure he will capture some lovely shots, but you have an eye for beauty too, everyone does. Don't discount your ability, I'm sure you will get some nice photos too. ? -
You are right, yellow and black and awesome together. But not for this application. Web colours need to work for everyone and be a background accent, not all, cool like up in your face black and yellow....?
