Well, let me get the party started ? ? No lockdown here, but for now I never really leave the small coastal area I live, so no difference to me. Today will start with knives ? .... I plan on cutting open and gutting a few unsuspecting pumpkins. ? Then I get to see if I can fit a new oven (the old one BLEW UP) through the doorway of my cottage like house, should be fun. But wait there's more..... Going to upload my latest video, which will be hard for some of you to watch. There is a lot of RAIN ?️ Saturday and Sunday look great for weather, so we are going for a ride into my "backyard" to explore, now that the logging trucks have stopped for the season. ? I know, I know, when will the fun stop.... ?

After some encouragement from a few folks with great taste in motorcycle photography ? I have decided to pull my previous submission of Bagheera's orange belly and I'm going with this scenic shot from this weekend. ? -

Found this interesting bit of fungus today, I believe it is a Hare's Foot Inkcap, and no @Pedro I don't think you can eat it. ?

OK Dad ?? The Canadian in me can handle it for now, and besides it gives me something to whine about. I'm sure when I get old I will want heated palms.....?

Nice idea, but the extra power draw on the Himalayan would be a lot to ask.... ? Besides, a certain degree of suffering is good for you! ?

I didn't think it would be fair to show two lovely bikes, I think I'm only allowed one bike? ?

Temperatures dipped down below freezing last night and there was word of snow in the hills. So after waiting for the ice to melt on our bikes we set off and had some fun. I almost dropped it when it got really snowy and the mud under the snow becomes very slippery, but managed to stayed vertical. ?. Then we found this awesome spot in the sun with a view. Good spot to let my fingers defrost... ?

What a nice place to ride, some great photos. ?

That was fun! You should go back there and try to get more footage, great location. I could not go in there by myself, my head plays tricks on me it does. ? It was creepy how the light made it look like your shadow was passing you, or maybe those were the ghosts of the dead motorcyclists who didn't make it out alive after going in there. You were lucky to get out of there alive dude......?

The yearly bunch of pumpkins are adding a nice splash of orange around the place. ? Now I have to come up with the yearly craving ideas... I saw one the other day that looked like a dirt bike helmet, looked really cool! ?

Had a lovely rainy ride to the lake today. The forest was all misty and it felt like we were riding in the clouds. So much fun! Now to get some pumpkins. ?
