Todd got popped for 94 mph in a 65 mph zone....and the cop let him off with a friendly warning. Lucky fucker....

The ride to the floor of the valley was nice as well ...

Up around 9,500' in elevation so it was a bit colder...

Rode through the Bighorn National Forest and were treated to nicer weather and fun roads..

Headed north to Montana and Wyoming this week. Had to get through the cold and windy Wyoming first...

But today, before the trip, I gotta remember how to put these back on.....

Headed north tomorrow with hopes to stop just south of Canuckistan. Looking to do some off road and general messing around in Wyoming and Montana for a few days....

Up at 0400 Sunday to moto marshal a triathlon. Spent the day riding at 15 mph and yelling at bicycle riders. So other than the speed it was just like any other day of riding around here. Got paid big money , too ($70).

Yup. Never had a problem with it at all.

It's the 1200 and has given me no troubles at all. I just change the oil at 3,000 mile intervals and it runs like a top. Fork seals going bad after 70,000 miles is the first issue I've had. I think the 700 is just as reliable from what I've heard from owners. It'd be perfect for logging roads, etc. The 1200 is a bit larger for any serious offroad stuff but fine for dirt roads and the like.

Looking like a good weekend to ride in the 'hood ....

Must have. I dunno what mine has but it's a dog. Can barely pass a car when two up.

Moto Marshalling a triathlon again on Sunday. Won't be in any Canuckistan hotel rooms though.

Replacing a set of leaky fork seals on the Tenere today. Hot temps on the Arizona ride kinda baked them dry ....

Close! We're right next to Mount Blue Sky (nee Evans). Warmer today though.

Funny - 36F / 2C here this morning. Eventually got up to 55F / 13C. Nice day!

Yup - they need to up the capacity by at least 2.0 gallons.

Elevation changes do that to you - from very cold to very hot in a single day.
