Skippy
Took a gentle run up the mountains today to explore some of the small roads and tracks. Chilly at the top but always helps when the cafe is open! I’m a lucky boy as it’s 30 mins from my house and I’m also only 10 mins from the Mediterranean beaches. Tough life. 4
XTreme
Wow.......that is superb Ray! Great shots! And you had a bit of snow there too.......which is unusual for Murcia I think? That big building......is that the abandoned sanitorium?

Great views on that road up in the hills there @Skippy, do you know what kind of altitude you climb to over there? Weather is wonky, climate change is upon us and it means temperate climates will get colder while cold climates will unfreeze, worrying times, might as well go for a ride in the meantime. How do you like the coffee in Spain? I ask because I find it hateful as soon as you cross the border, maybe with some milk it disguises it.

Expand I didn’t check on the satnav but the highest point is something like 1,580 amsl but that’s the military early warning post and you’re not allowed up there. However, I also went through a small village called El Berro and that’s 650m amsl; I’m guessing that the snowy bit was about 1,000m amsl. As for the coffee, I love it and it’s so much better than the instant shit that I was subjected to as a teenager in the UK.
