Slice most of the way through a thin french style baguette, put the garlic butter in through the slices and then grill it on coal. It's the perfect way to use garlic + butter + bread. Expand That is ubiquitous over here, if you can’t be arsed to do it yourself every supermarket sells two or three types with the garlic butter already sliced and wedged for you.
