Pedro
Best thing ever to eat on bread, my brother brings it when he returns from Croatia, it's a paste made only of roasted peppers. Just a little spicy.

Pedro
After a day's riding under a rain storm and not much else to eat but some hot soup at lunch and fruit. This evening's dinner... An entree of spicy gorgonzola, some olives and some amazing cherry tomatoes, I missed the flavor of tomatoes in this area. The wine is a local grown Syrah, very much my favourite bottle of red for the price. For mains, I had some oven cooked sweet potatoes and onions, lightly seasoned with turmeric and heavy on the paprika, and a small steak, bloody rare on the inside.
