Pedro
Best thing ever to eat on bread, my brother brings it when he returns from Croatia, it's a paste made only of roasted peppers. Just a little spicy.

You ll have to try sausage and mash, toad in the hole, hotpot, mushy peas and, inevitable, fish and chips. None of this french-mediterranean healthy assortment where we can recognise the ingridents. French? what on earth?

Pedro
Rain stopped for enough time for me to get some coal going and cook a couple of nice cow ribs Not very well done, but that's just my taste Had a couple of bottles of a friend's gift of some local farmer's young wine, not EU quality seal, but I approved anyway ... : 6

Pedro
After a day's riding under a rain storm and not much else to eat but some hot soup at lunch and fruit. This evening's dinner... An entree of spicy gorgonzola, some olives and some amazing cherry tomatoes, I missed the flavor of tomatoes in this area. The wine is a local grown Syrah, very much my favourite bottle of red for the price. For mains, I had some oven cooked sweet potatoes and onions, lightly seasoned with turmeric and heavy on the paprika, and a small steak, bloody rare on the inside.
