Yeah, it's been there for 20 years or more, Fendrod Lake

Christ, I must've delivered on that estate over 100 times and I never knew that was there.

edit: the last time I went there was over 25 years ago so pehaps it wasn't there then ?

Shot in 2021, a bunch of birds took over a power tower, happens a lot all over Portugal. They might be chickens, big ones if you use the GS for scale.

Introducing my grand daughter to nature, this was a location I went to where the birds seemed to follow me, so I figured they wanted food and they did.

This pair of adult foxes come into the garden every night, rural foxes so they don't like getting near humans, unlike the urban foxes seen in towns and cities, these are very very nervous.
Ah crap Youtube messed up the video a it, it appears to freeze for about 10 seconds then continues OK

That's an odd looking plant Bob almost looks artificial

Yes , it's an Allium but it's different from the other Alliums we have there.  The flowers are much bigger and the colour is almost metallic.

not that i don't believe you but I'm going to test you now where is it then

I’ll get back home in a few days and go through old pictures to find it. I can’t remember names easily, the only Norwegian name I remember is trollsgatan, and that’s not it.

I was near there on the bike, but didn't visit. If I go back again it's on the list.

I think we might have gone for a cruise up the fjord when I was at sea, killing time between phases of an exercise.

The roads around there looked amazing following the edge of the fjord in and out of tunnels as it carved its way along the steep sides of the mountains
